What does Neptune’s product range and technical solutions include?
We offer a wide range of solutions, including the Neptune Plus Hey Series and Neptune Mega Series, with capacities ranging from 50,000 to 3,00,000 bricks per day across two lines with full automation. Our Neptune Vibro Series produces concrete blocks at capacities of 5,000 to 25,000 pieces per shift, concrete pavers between 300 to 3,000 square meters per shift, and fly ash bricks from 10,000 to 200,000 pieces per day. The Vibro Series comes with complete Material Storage, pneumatic conveying system and batching plant designed in Germany.
All our block plants are manufactured in technical collaboration with our international partners, including Alpina, Frima, Supertec, and ICE. The plants are equipped with smart automation systems featuring SCADA technology, utilizing high-tech software from Europe entities, with hardware developed in-house.
We are providing turnkey solutions through complete EPC support for various segments in the building materials and construction industry, such as fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, pavers and tiles, aerated autoclave blocks, lightweight aggregates, mortars, binders, dry mix mortars, adhesive grouts, and green sand.

How is Neptune Industries adapting to the evolving demand in the brick and block manufacturing sector?

We are seeing a growing demand for larger capacity with fully automatic brick and block making machines. In response, we have begun production of mega plants with a capacity of 4 lakh blocks per day, which is a significant advancement, as our existing plants produce only one lakh blocks per Day for the growing market size in India and domestic Consumption
The primary advantage of these higher-capacity plants is that while the fixed costs remain the same, the units can deliver significantly higher throughput. These plants utilize fly ash for producing bricks and blocks, providing end-to-end solutions for processing and solidifying the fly ash, ensuring 100 percent waste utilization.
What initiatives is the company taking to incorporate waste materials into its brick and block manufacturing?
We are venturing into newer levels of specialization by processing fines and pellet waste for brick and block production, recognizing the abundance of these key raw materials from Mineral Processing Industries. We are collaborating with steel plants on a build-own-operate basis (BOO). Once the plants are set up, conversion costs for the materials provided. We are working on plants that utilize agro waste from the sugar and paper industries to produce Solid Fuels.
