What are the features of your key product Asphalt Batch Mix Plant Control Panel?
Our Asphalt Batch Mix Plant Control Panel uses PLC technology integrated with SCADA to consolidate all batching functions into one controller. This system offers real-time batching control via an HMI on an all-in-one PC, complemented by an air-conditioned control room for optimal plant operation. A printer is integrated into the system to provide complete records in a user-defined format, accurately weighing aggregates, cement, sand, water, and additives.
The panel for the asphalt batch mix plants consists of two main components: the MCC (Motor Control Center) and the control desk. The MCC houses all starters and drives, while the control desk includes the PLC, HMI, and other controllers. This design allows operators to easily control the entire plant from the desk, including motors for batching and material handling, with computer LED & HMI units to set and view data.

We provide our panels to all major asphalt batch mix plant manufacturers in and around Ahmedabad. Currently, we produce and dispatch close to 25 asphalt batch mix plants each month. Our clients predominantly comprise OEMs engaged in the production of entire plant setups. We utilize program logic-based instruments from reputed manufacturers, which are fitted into our modular-designed container panels, delivering high levels of rated accuracy. We ensure optimal power utilization through variable frequency drive systems integrated into the switchgear of our panels.
