Please tell us about Fortune Panel Systems and what sets your panel systems apart in the industry?

Fortune Panel Systems is a prominent manufacturer of panel systems, specializing in solutions for asphalt batch mix plants, drum mix plants, and ready-mix concrete plants. Our competitive edge lies in the high level of accuracy delivered through our systems. For example, our SCADA-based panels provide precise reporting on input and output data, which is then passed to users through cloud-based systems for data analysis. This allows users to evaluate and deduce various performance parameters of the plant for its optimal utilization and availability.
Our panels are currently installed in close to 200 asphalt batch mix plants of varying capacities across the industry. This widespread adoption is a testament to the reliability and performance of our systems.
How do your systems address the evolving performance requirements of asphalt batch mix plants?
The performance requirements of asphalt batch mix plants have become more demanding over time. Our panels are equipped with varied control systems that enable users to set the right pressure and temperature according to the plant’s capacity and configuration. A critical component of these plants is the burner system, which ensures that the right levels of heat are generated through fuel combustion. We provide integrated controllers for these burners, allowing precise control over air and fuel flow within the combustion chambers, ensuring efficient and stable plant operations.
Please elaborate on your PLC-SCADA based control panel for asphalt batch mix plants.
Our PLC-SCADA-based auto control panel uses touch-screen PLC technology with a SCADA system, integrating all batching functions into a single controller. This offers real-time batching control through both the PLC and a centralized PC. The control room for these systems is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable environment for operators.
The panel system is divided into two parts: the Motor Control Center (MCC) and the control desk. The MCC includes all the starters and drivers, while the control desk contains the PLC, HMI, and other controls. Both units are interconnected and tested for seamless operation. This setup allows the operator to manage all plant functions, including motor start/stop, batching control, material handling motors, feeders, and asphalt pumps, directly from the control desk. The system’s Computer LED and HMI units provide an easy interface for data entry, such as gradation control or recipe selection. The SCADA system allows for real-time monitoring of batch weights, load temperatures, and other operational parameters.
What are the key features of your control panels for concrete batch plants?
For concrete batch plants, we offer a PLC-based auto control panel equipped with a computer and printer. This system, similar to our asphalt panel systems, uses touch-screen PLC technology integrated with SCADA to centralize all batching functions. The real-time batching control is managed through the PLC and an all-in-one PC. One of the standout features is the ability to store up to 999 programmable recipes, allowing for extensive flexibility in production.
The printer generates detailed delivery slips that provide information such as consumption reports, recipe-wise reports, custom reports, site-specific data, truck-wise records, and daily production details. The system accurately weighs aggregates, cement, sand, water, and additives, with options for setting weights in both coarse and fine increments. This ensures precise batching, ultimately leading to higher quality and efficiency in concrete production.
