Please tell us of the control panels manufactured by the company.
Gayatri Control Panel is manufacturing control panels for use in asphalt batch mix plants, mobile batching drum mix plants, and in stationery concrete batching plant. The panels are also used in the foundry industry, and for packaging and turnkey projects. We make low tension panels of 11/33 kv, HTMC panels, MV switch gears, and PCC panels.
Gayatri Control & Automation undertakes development and modification in accordance with the plant configuration requirements, and provides data collection and reporting, field start up and commissioning services. As part of product support, it also provides control system network structure design, submittal, and engineering drawing review.
What are the features and usage of the control panels?
Our control panels for concrete batch mix plants of up to 330 cum/hr, with remote operations access, are cost effective, with simple weighing calibration. The control panels can be integrated seamlessly and enable exchange of data between shop floor and enterprise. The panels featuring UL 508A (in accordance with UL standard of safety of industrial control panels) have high quality components, wiring, calculation of shot circuit and current ratings.
For self-loading concrete mixers, we provide mixer controllers and high-speed micro controllers. The all-in-one controller, featuring isolated input/ output with onboard identification, is compatible with various plants, easy to operate, and calibrate with the help of a keyboard. The controller for the self-loading mixers has thermal printer connectivity, USB data storage, and easily detachable wire connectors.
Gayatri’s control panels feature a remote module and have a thyristor power controller TPR 3000 and TPR 6000. This provides various alarm mode (on current, temperature, load unbalance, and phase loss). For the asphalt drum mix and batching plants, our operationally intelligent control panels with SCADA systems can interface with any level of variable frequency drives.

Asset performance, supported by the control panels is vital for the asphalt batch mix plants of 80 to 260 tph. This enables the plant owner/operator to derive the rated output as claimed by the plant OEM. It is also very helpful for billing and inventory management.
Gayatri’s asphalt batch mix plants control panel and SCADA can work on various kinds of recipes of the bitumen mix. The panels can record alarm and breakdowns. The panels having feeder control by VFD network have wireless monitoring and control with close loop controls.
