How is the company meeting demand for road construction equipment in the Indian CE market?
AADESH RoadTech India manufactures asphalt drum mix plants, wet mix plants, bitumen sprayers, hydraulic road broomers, asphalt mechanical paver finishers, bitumen tanks, concrete batching plants, road and canal paver finishers, storage silos, concrete mixtures, concrete screed paver finishers, etc.
We have developed a wide range of solutions for road construction based on our 20 years of experience. We have a proven track record of developing high quality road construction machineries, and have emerged as a fast growing and prestigious manufacturer despite stiff competition. One of our innovations is a mobile concrete batch mix plant that gives a discharge at a height of two meters from ground level, making it highly useful on jobsites.
Please tell us about your in-house fabrication and product design capabilities.
AADESH plants enjoy a strong brand recall owing to their reliability, rated productivity, and high quality. To provide premium products while retaining their price competitiveness, the company aims to lower the cost per unit of production by further optimizing the manufacturing processes. Our in-house production, apart from making robust structures of the plants, includes the manufacture of critical components like control panels and burners. Complete quality control of the fabrication process is ensured by certified welders. In-house production also gives the company a pricing edge over its competitors.
What challenges does the company face?
Our plants give consistent performance and are therefore getting a positive response; however, the higher cost of raw materials has made pricing a challenge for us. To hedge the high price of raw materials, we are investing in advanced technologies for production and are working towards backward integration.
We are an ISO 900:2015 certified company, with an in-house testing lab equipped, with a sophisticated testing equipment for testing product quality and reliability under the supervision of experienced engineers.
What are the future plans of the company to grow its business?
We are presently marketing and servicing our plants through our own channels but are now in the process of appointing dealers to supplement our marketing and servicing. To streamline our parts delivery, we are setting up an ERP based system so that customers can directly order parts online. We also provide complete installation, maintenance, and training support to our customers’ technical team.
