What improvisations is the company making in its products to meet the demand for high performance machines?
We had launched our higher capacity 200 tph asphalt batch mix plants in the recent past in view of the rising demand for higher capacities, and amidst stiff competition. We are now making improvisations in their design and are incorporating advanced technical features in them. Our aim is to make product advancements so that we can maintain a significant share in the market for higher capacity asphalt batch mix plants.

What is the impact of these changes in your product design?
Since long stretches of road construction projects are being awarded by the government with tight completion deadlines, the road contracting companies are under pressure to meet the completion targets on time. This is giving rise to demand for 200 tph asphalt plant batch mix plants.
However, customers are keen to derive the rated output from the plant, along with lower fuel efficiency and the flexibility to work with varied fuel grades. They want to derive maximum value from the plants as there is a higher initial cost incurred in procuring these plants.
Hence, while targeting road contractors working on long road stretches, we are improving the design of our plants and incorporating advanced technical features. This will enable our customers to get the rated throughput and more fuel efficiency. We are also making the plants with a minimal heat loss to compensate the contractors for the higher bitumen and aggregate prices they have to incur.
What fuels do your plants work on?
As part of making advancements in our plants, we have been putting in advanced burners which deliver the right air to fuel ratio, and can also work on various kinds of fuels like furnace oil, mixed oil, tire oils, LDO, etc. Plus, all our plants are RAP enabled. The company supports its plant through its in-house sales and service engineers.
