What are the key product offerings from Endeavour-I?
Endeavour-I specializes in the manufacturing of bricks and blocks making machines, utilizing advanced high-pressure technology. The product line-up includes eight models with a capacity of 1,200 bricks per hour and four higher-capacity models, using vibratory mechanisms that can produce between 1,800 and 5,000 bricks per hour. These machines are available in both automatic and semi-automatic versions. The company also offers automatic fly ash bricks plants, automatic concrete blocks plants, automatic fly ash bricks machines, and concrete paver blocks machinery.
What distinguishes Endeavour-I’s products from competitors?
Endeavour-I’s machines come equipped with concrete mixers, color mixers, vibrating tables, and stationary tables. The concrete mixer is a tilting rotating drum type with a capacity of 10/7 cuft, while the color mixer has a rotating drum with a capacity of 150 kg per batch. The machinery also features 1HP x 2 nos vibrator motors, with a total connected power of 9HP/6.75KW.

What specialized systems do you offer for automatic operations?
Endeavour-I provides automatic material weighing, batching, and feeding systems, specifically designed for fly ash brick and concrete block plants. These systems include two/three bin feeders, weighing hoppers, raw material transfer conveyors, cement storage silos, cement transfer and weighing screw conveyors, box feeders, and water feeding arrangements. The automatic pallet stackers can lift wooden pallets with green bricks from the machine rail and stack them up to 10 pallets high. The products facilitate ease of lifting transfer and stacking through hydraulic or forklift trucks.
