What does your product line include?
We have a wide range of fly ash brick making machines of various capacities, sold under our ‘Mix Well’ brand. These products are manufactured through our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, adhering to high standards. This gives us a competitive edge over other manufacturers.
We manufacture stationary concrete batch mix plants with capacities ranging from 36 cum/hr to 90 cum/hr, and mobile concrete batching plants with capacities from 36 cum/hr to 63 cum/hr. Both versions come equipped with planetary rotary mixers.
How are you addressing the rising demand for fly ash brick making machines?
To cater to the rising demand for fly ash brick making machines with higher throughput, we have developed our fully automatic fly ash brick making machine, the FAM-2520. This machine can produce 14 bricks at one time and is engineered to perfection, featuring sturdy vibrators, conveyors, and pan mixers. It has a production capacity of 11,520 bricks per shift.
Apart from the FAM-2520, we have the fully automatic FAM-2160, which has an output of 12 bricks at one time. It is similarly engineered to perfection, incorporating robust vibrators, conveyors, and pan mixers.

Our FAM-1080 model, which includes our own pan mixers, produces 10 bricks per cycle, while the FAM-1440 has a capacity of 8 bricks per cycle. What is the USP of your concrete pan mixers?
Our concrete pan mixers are manufactured by skilled professionals using the best grade raw materials. They feature high strength and abrasion resistance, built using modern technology. These mixers are available in various specifications and are widely used across different industries. Since we produce them in-house, our clients can purchase them at the most affordable prices.
What are the key features of your interlocking block making machines and paver block machines?
We have advanced hydraulic brick and block making machines. These products are widely used for manufacturing bricks and paver blocks, especially for mass production. The hydraulic pressure ensures the blocks maintain their strength. Both our interlocking block making machines and paver block machines are versatile and can produce any type of concrete bricks, such as fly ash bricks, paver blocks, tiles, and various other designs. Our machines ensure that the bricks have smooth edges and a good finish.
How do you support your clients in terms of technical requirements and after-sales services?
Since our fly ash brick making machines come in various configurations, it is essential for us to provide the necessary technical support to ensure the full techno-commercial viability of the plants. We thoroughly study the site conditions and the market demand for the products that the customer aims to produce. Based on their production needs, we recommend the appropriate machinery and capacity. After the customer procures the machines, we offer complete commissioning support, training and repair services to ensure proper operation of the plants.
