As a construction equipment renting company, what products and services does Migoo offer?
We are excited to monetize the upcoming market opportunities for rental equipment as many construction companies are choosing to become asset light and focus more on their core business. Migoo offers a wide range of equipment comprising mobile and tower cranes, excavators, wheel loaders, pavers, crushing and screening equipment, and tipper trucks.
With our database of close to 12,000 units of equipment, we are looking to position ourselves as a single source of procurement of plants and machineries for construction companies. For end-users, sourcing the plants from a single platform will reduce their liabilities and the pain of having to deal with multiple agencies. We are also rendering value services along with our equipment by providing skilled operators and mechanics for maintenance support.
Our equipment comes with IoT-enabled tasks for measuring and analyzing the various performance parameters. We are also providing services for ERP integration with the equipment, which is necessary for billing purposes. We also take care of RTO, GST, and other compliance issues for our contractor clients.

To ensure timely availability of our equipment to construction companies, we will be marketing used plants and machines, backed by finance and insurance support. To address issues of intermittent cash flow with the contractors hiring our equipment, we offer timely spare parts, bill discounts facility, finance and insurance support to the construction companies hiring our products.
We have another business arm that provides infrastructure raw material bitumen, bitumen products, consumer diesel, TMT steel, concrete, AAC blocks, etc. to contractors with a credit limit support.
What competition are equipment rental agencies facing?
There is a high pressure on the profit margins of equipment rental agencies as there is a proliferation of machines from many agencies. To remain competitive, we are focusing on offering value-added services, and enter segments like higher capacity concrete boom placers, hydrostatic sensor pavers, and other machineries that have a smaller population.
