What does the product portfolio of your company comprise of?
CS Techno Engineers manufactures control panels for asphalt batch mix plants, besides Electric Control Panels, Alternating Current Drives, Direct Current Drives, and PLCs. The panels are used in drum mix plants and in ready mix concrete batch mix plants. We have many years of experience in designing and manufacturing these products. Our competitive strength is based on our ability to customize and manufacture tailor-made goods. All our products undergo rigorous quality inspection, and we ensure fast delivery, prompt services, transparency in our dealings, and we have a reasonable price structuring.
What technological upgradations are taking place in the company?
We are upgrading our products as per the emerging needs of the user industries. We are now offering IoT based solutions, which can be integrated with the various platforms of the plant owners and operators, and the data pertaining to machine performance, raw materials consumption, productivity, and machine breakdowns can be analyzed in real time. This will enable the plant owners to plan their production cycles much in advance and also be prepared for preventive and predictive maintenance, and most importantly, billing. This will enhance plant utilization and availability.
Earlier we experienced certain limitations on the SCADA based platform as the scope of data generation and assessment is limited, but the new IOT based system is a much more advanced version.
CS Techno has been mainly selling its new solutions to the end-users and some OEMs. However, with the emphasis on the total lifecycle of products by the OEMs, we are also promoting our products for the aftermarket and retrofitting business. This involves upgrading the plants for undertaking higher and diverse levels of production throughput.
How does CS Techno’s programmable load cell amplifier help the end-users?
CS Techno’s programmable load cell amplifier is an intelligent product designed to help the user by bringing ease of onsite settings. The user has to feed appropriate parameter settings using keypad and display provided on the front panel. The S/W controlled self-tuning feature of the product takes care of accurate calibration of the unit. Keypad controlled TARE and SPAN setting allows even an inexperienced user to tune the product on site. Inputs from a wide variety of load-cells having response ranging from 0.1mV/V to 16mV/V are field configurable. Response time is configurable to suit the application at hand. Analog output (0-10V/4-20mA) is provided.
Please tell us about the Relay I/O Card.
We are presenting a broad range of the Relay I/O Card which is available for tough applications in the computerized system. Each relay card is accessible with some rail-mount configurations. In addition, our range comprises a unique relay driver that permits broad scope of input settings. The driver permits direct linkage to numerous logic families, voltage output, and industrial sensors of dry contacts.
Every Relay I/O Card has an effective LO and HI input terminal. Moreover, the relay range is activated if the HI terminal is powered, elevated, or the LO is controlled to a less voltage. Every channel of our relay card has an LED indicator.
