What new products is your company developing to meet the evolving demands of the construction and mining industry?
THM Huade Hydraulics is continuously innovating to meet the unique demands of India’s construction and mining equipment manufacturers. We’re focusing on machine specific solutions by expanding our range of axial piston pumps (open and closed loop designs), dual-shaft orbital motors, and piston motors & main focus is on our plug in as well as integrated track motor/drive solution. These products are engineered for applications in heavy equipment like skid-steer loaders, backhoe loaders, and excavators, ensuring improved energy efficiency, enhanced performance, and reduced machine downtimes—all essential for the industry.
How is the company contributing toward large-scale construction projects?
We’re empowering India’s infrastructure growth by delivering reliable hydraulic systems tailored for large-scale projects. By manufacturing reliable products designed to thrive in harsh Indian conditions, we are aligning our solutions with the Indian government’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision. Our focus is on creating localized manufacturing hubs that reduce operational costs and increase accessibility. This not only supports India’s infrastructure development but also fosters economic resilience and sustainability.
What are your plans for business and product expansion?
Our growth strategy includes expanding our product range to include a broader spectrum of hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves while enhancing our dealer network to ensure nationwide coverage. By increasing our domestic manufacturing capabilities, we aim to reduce dependency on imports and make hydraulic components more affordable for Indian industries. This aligns with the Make-in-India initiative, helping us contribute to local economies while maintaining international standards. To make all of this happen, we are opening our doors to the best talent across the nation and are building a team of experts committed to serving this nation.
How is digitalization and the use of advanced technologies enhancing your supply chain efficiency?
Digitalization has transformed our supply chain with real-time tracking and agile inventory management, enabling us to deliver with the fastest lead time in the country—setting a new standard for reliability and responsiveness.
How are you ensuring product and spare part availability and enhancing customer service?
We ensure product and spare part availability by maintaining the highest stock of spares for piston pumps, motors, and valves in the country. Supported by three service centers across India, (Ludhiana, Ahmedabad & Delhi), we offer comprehensive repair and servicing for our products. This robust infrastructure minimizes downtime for our customers, reinforcing our position as a reliable partner in hydraulic solutions.
How are you navigating challenges to capitalize on emerging opportunities?
Our approach to challenges is proactive and market-oriented. We have a new vertical called THM SEAD (Servo, Electrical & Automation Division) which is focusing on new energy construction machinery solutions like Electric Actuators, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors for EV Drive & fully designed logic controller to power EV excavators, aerial working platform, forklifts, etc. By monitoring industry trends, we adapt our solutions to meet the evolving needs of sectors like construction, agriculture, and mining.
What products are being highlighted at the THM Huade stall in bauma India?
We are showcasing our range of high-performance hydraulic components designed to empower India’s infrastructure development. This includes axial piston pumps, motors, and valves optimized for mobile hydraulic systems. We will showcasing our load sensing proportional valve working model.
