The Jaguar 9000 block and brick-making machine, debuting at bauma India 2024, is designed with inspiration drawn from the face of a robotic jaguar, symbolizing strength, power, and precision. This cutting-edge machine by Revomac Industries is engineered to meet the demands of large-scale concrete production with unmatched efficiency and productivity. Capable of producing 10,000 to 90,000 paver blocks, 15,000 to 1,60,000 bricks, and 4,000 to 30,000 concrete blocks per shift, the Jaguar 9000 sets new benchmarks in output.
In addition to these features, the Jaguar 9000 is equipped with an Auto Rack System, which offers a cost-effective solution by eliminating the need for additional fabrication costs in the curing chamber. Instead, the pallet itself, equipped with legs, functions as the rack, simplifying the process and reducing operational expenses.
What are the automated features of the Jaguar machine?
The Jaguar 9000 block and brick-making machine combines advanced automation and innovative technology to maximize production efficiency and product quality. Its three-part body simplifies maintenance, while the Air Bellow Spring System ensures consistent vibration amplitude for product uniformity. Capable of producing up to 300mm high products, the machine features a temper head for top vibration, enhancing surface finish and bonding for paving products. The direct servo vibration system, powered by a servo motor, delivers strong vibrations, improving compressive strength and reducing cement consumption, leading to cost savings.
The Auto Height Control System ensures consistent product thickness, while the fast mould filling system accelerates production without compromising quality. The Auto Rack System uses pallets as racks in the curing chamber, eliminating the need for additional fabrication. After production, the machine automatically straps and wraps finished products, reducing labour and ensuring secure transport.
Additionally, the Jaguar Series integrates a programmable logic-controlled (PLC) mechanism, enhancing accuracy and productivity. Vibration and pressure synchronization technology ensures that products meet the highest strength and density standards.
