Sanjay Sureliya, Uniter Engineering Products
As per the government’s new emission norms, we have come up with two models of asphalt pavers with BS4 engines.
Sanjay Sureliya, Managing Partner

Our new UWP series asphalt pavers using BS4 engines have upgraded technology, added safety features, and low maintenance cost that help customers minimize their project costs.
Our Asphalt Paver Finisher Machines have been working in tough conditions in several reputed projects in India and abroad. Aligning with the government’s emission norms, we came up with the UWP series asphalt pavers using BS4 engines and developed two models namely UWP3A and UWP03. All the CMVA (Central Motor Vehicle Act) norms have been followed and our machines are tested and certified by ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India).

UWP series is equipped with 74.5 hp Kirloskar water-cooled electric start diesel engine. Salient features like hydrostatic transmission for traction, hydraulic drive system for conveyor and hydrostatic drive for traction give stepless speed from zero to maximum; no clutches and only two gears (low for working and high for travelling); and no griminess and breakdowns of conventional mechanical pavers.

Design and capacity features of UWP series include laying capacity of 150 TPH; basic paving width of 2.5 meters (hydraulically extendable up to 4.5 meters); suitable for laying bituminous, wet mix, GSB and DLC material with laying thickness up to 200 mm; double side operator seats with sliding control panel; two types of brakes, better working visibility; emergency controls; reverse conveyor movement, socket for material control system, manual override for conveyor, thickness adjustment with scale, and many more. Model UWP3A is equipped with MOBA, German-make electronic sensor devices for slope and grade control.

We also provide project-based customi- zable solutions in our construction machines.
We have designed, manufactured, supplied, and successfully commissioned paver Model VP-05-D, tandem roller Model UT-45 and PTR Model UNTR-7 for paving and compacting on parabolic surface including transit portion for test track. The machines have given satisfactory results and completed the projects successfully.

We are getting positive feedback from all our customers. Needless to say, this machine is the first in India and very few manufacturers provide this solution internationally. We wish to add value with our project-based customizable construction machines and solutions to ongoing and upcoming Test Track projects and Reservoir Embankment Projects in India and abroad, by offering our years of experience and technical-know-how.

With the aim to stay close to our customers and build a long-term relationship with them, we provide Total Life Cycle Value, Sustainable Products, Genuine Parts, and Quick Support for owning and operating the equipment.

Over the past 50 years, UNITER, a leading road construction equipment manufacturing company, is serving customers with its wide range of Asphalt Paver Finisher Machines. Our brand is known for its high performing quality machines and our user-friendly approach. We believe in good business ethics and have strong fundamentals. We are also very quality conscious.
