Tell us about your new 120 tph mobile asphalt batch mix plant.
To widen our product portfolio, we have recently introduced a 120 tph mobile asphalt batch mix plant. This product has been developed in-house, based on our research and development and rigorous testing. The mobile plant is ideal for road maintenance tasks, especially for resurfacing jobs. Contractors can use it for maintenance projects along stretches of 100 to 150 kilometers. Its mobility allows for quick relocation, enhancing efficiency.
What advantages do your concrete batch mix plants offer for infrastructure projects?
We manufacture stationary concrete batch mix plants ranging from 30 to 120 cubic meters. Our compact concrete batch plants are particularly well-suited for RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) projects, as they occupy less space on site while delivering accurate output. These plants come as a single chassis assembly with a material feeding conveyor, eliminating the need for ramps to feed the bins. They feature a PLC-based control panel for easy operation and come with fabricated skids to avoid extra civil foundation work at additional costs.
Our stationary concrete batch plants are equipped with large twin-shaft mixers designed for full capability and efficiency, ensuring high-quality concrete production. They are built for maximum production capacity and long operational hours, offering flexibility for various large-scale projects, including infrastructure and precast concrete work. Recently, we’ve seen strong sales, with one major contractor booking 28 plants from us.
How does Nilang address environmental concerns in its products?
Our ABP Series plants prioritize the reuse of recycled asphalt, which is crucial for conserving natural resources. All our plants are now RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) enabled and can work with up to 60% hot recycled material. This capability aligns with our commitment to sustainability and resource conservation.
