Today, the key challenge would be the skilled-labour shortage that is getting reflected in the bottom-line of the industry. The skill level of the operator greatly determines the high degree of quality and efficiency of the concrete batch throughput that gets achieved during the day-to-day operations of any concreting machine. In view of this, AJAX is providing skill-based training programs for operators and service technicians.
Under its CSR program, it is conducting ‘Vocational Skill Development Training Program’ for the rural, semi-urban and urban youth for employability with the required skills sets. This training would assure 100% job opportunity with our customers / dealers after successful completion of the program. These training programs are being held at our Doddaballapur factory, Bengaluru. Later, this ‘Vocational Skill Development Program’ will be decentralized and conducted in different regions of India.
