We have recently launched Kixx HDX CK-4 15W-40 and Kixx HD1 CK4 10W30 high-performance heavy-duty premium quality engine oils.
The company will be showcasing engine oils that meet API CK4 and FA4 categories with its Kixx Lubo base oils. It has recently launched Kixx HDX CK-4 15W-40 and Kixx HD1 CK4 10W30. These high-performance heavy-duty, premium quality engine oils are formulated using advanced additive technology to provide outstanding protection for on-and off-highway applications, including GHG 17 and EPA 2010 compliant engines of on-highway diesel vehicles using ultra low sulphur diesel (ULSD), as well as 2014 compliant engines for off-highway diesel vehicles.
These oils meets API CK-4 category of heavy duty application specifically formulated for 2017 greenhouse gas (GHG 17) compliant diesel engines designed to meet lower CO2 emissions and improved fuel economy, in addition to EPA 2010 compliant low emission diesel engines with selective catalytic reduction (SCR), diesel particulate filter (DPF) and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems. The oils are fully compatible with previous engine models and previous API oil service categories like API CJ-4, CI-4 Plus, CI-4 and CH-4.
GS Oil analysis program identifies dirt, wear particles, fuel dilution, coolant and other contaminants that can cause failure or shorten equipment life.
Oil condition monitoring services is an integral part of GS Caltex value proposition to its key customers. Our Kixx branded lubricants work under demanding conditions, exposed to constant high pressures, temperatures and other harmful factors, including water contamination, corrosion, fuel, and air ingested particles. High levels of wear particles give advance warning of possible equipment failures, allowing timely remedial action to be taken.
In case analytical results suggest no undue wearing is taking place, the user may extend the interval between services or oil changes. GS Oil analysis program identifies dirt, wear particles, fuel dilution, coolant and other contaminants that can cause catastrophic failure or significantly shorten equipment life. We support our customers to choose a customised test suite that maximizes the benefit for their users following our premium predictive fluid analysis service.
Regular viscosity analysis helps maintain the critical equipment with greater reliability.
Our technical experts work jointly with our end-customers to provide accurate recommendation for lubricants usage depending on the operating conditions. We also provide guidance and support on site checking of oil viscosity. This helps our customers to reduce wear, improve machinery operating performance, and minimize both expenditure and risk. Thus, regular viscosity analysis helps maintain the critical equipment with greater reliability, which in turn, adds value to the company’s profitability.
With the introduction of BS VI emission norms from October 2020, GS Caltex is ready with its futuristic portfolio to meet the demands of the industry.
