The Government has increased the budget for development of roads, metro rails, flyovers, and commercial complexes, which definitely benefits the infrastructure sector, creating growth opportunities in the construction equipment market. We are already seeing high demand for road construction equipment like Hydraulic Excavators, Mobile Cranes, Piling Rigs, Motor Graders etc.
Recent improvements and advancements in Sany excavators
Sany Bharat’s products have emerged as the game changer in the industry with their technologically advanced design, fuel efficiency, superior performance, high reliability, and advanced ergonomic features. Our recently launched Sany SY225C-10HD GENe is poised to become the most sought-after excavator in the 22-ton premium segment with its high performance and versatility. This energy efficient machine is 8% more productive and 11% more fuel efficient than machines in this segment and is designed to perform in the most demanding work conditions. Reinforced boom and arm with cast and forged-end fittings and thicker steel plates make this excavator truly reliable to perform longer in toughest applications like a quarry or similar underfoot terrain.
Sany’s other GraMa series excavators are specially designed for Marble & Granite applications. It is equipped with brand new features like ultra heavy-duty track chain, robust scoop bucket to handle Granite & Marble blocks, power boost hydraulic system, long drain service interval, auto centralized lubrication system, refuelling pump, more informative 7” digital display, battery disconnect switch, USB enabled music system and sun visor.
Use of alternate fuel like biodiesel
With the steep hike in diesel prices, demand for cheaper biofuel and base oil is rising. Biodiesel can replace fossil fuel as a “clean energy source”. After much R&D effort and having worked with different engine manufacturers on biodiesel, we can now proudly declare that our machines are capable of B5 Biodiesel.
Customers can use biodiesel to reduce their cost of operation; it improves fuel lubricity and raises the cetane number of the fuel. Diesel engines depend on the lubricity of the fuel to keep moving parts from wearing prematurely. Using biodiesel as a vehicle fuel increases energy security and improves air quality.
Biofuel in India augurs well with the ongoing initiatives of the Government such as Make in India, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and Skill Development, and offers a great opportunity to integrate with the ambitious targets of doubling of farmers income, fuel import reduction, employment generation, and waste to wealth creation.
Sany’s EVI application facility
The high quality of our equipment leaves minimal room for wear and tear; but regular maintenance and inspection of the various parts equipment is mandatory to increase their lifespan.
We have developed EVI application to help our customers monitor and analyse the real time performance of their machine on site and act accordingly. It is helpful in managing a single machine or a fleet of machines and get real-time updates on machine performance which is tracked by GPS enabled hardware. Sany Bharat offers an Annual Maintenance Contract with most of their machines for their timely upkeep and maintenance.
