Elematic offers various prototypes to provide solutions for precast technology namely, Semi, Pro and Edge. With Precast Technology, we save raw materials, time, and resources like manpower and machinery since precast products are factory made. We also do prestressing, which helps save concrete and steel reinforcement.
One can construct 5,00,000 sqft/yearly or 5 million sqft using precast construction technology, and save 10-15% of the total project cost within the targeted timeline.
How is your company leveraging advancements such as AI, IoT, and autonomous systems to enhance operational efficiency and safety, and meet project timelines?
We are adopting AI and Machine Learning to ensure that the necessary safety measures have been implemented and production efficiency enhanced. Elematic invests 5% of its turnover in R&D and making new innovations. We already have our 5th generation equipment that utilizes the best available technology to achieve maximum productivity, without compromising safety.
We provide complete support to our customers to implement precast technology and our after-sales support team ensures implementation of the technology from concept stage to the construction phase.

What measures is the company taking to reduce energy consumption, minimize emissions, and incorporate green technology into its solutions?
As per our tagline ‘Go Green’, we take a sustainable approach to construction with the aim of bringing environmental, social, and economic benefits to construction projects. With Precast Technology, we design products with 100+ years of life and the buildings life cycle cost is also very less.
We consume lesser cement and reinforcement, which reduces carbon footprints. We ensure resource efficiency with 20% savings in concrete and water and 30% savings in steel. Energy efficiency with reduced heating and cooling energy entails controlled thermal insulation and improved indoor conditions.We ensure better quality control and purity of construction works along with less noise and pollution during construction.
How is the company fostering local component manufacturing and collaboration within the industry?

Elematic has been instrumental in implementation of precast technology globally and we have made a lot of efforts to convince private institutions and government authorities about precast technology.
We are not only supplying moulds and machinery but also providing SoPs and training modules, and we work closely with our clients to avoid any issues at the factories or construction sites. As a technology partner, Elematic makes customers aware of precast technology and helps them to successfully implement it to achieve the desired result.
What policy changes should the government make to improve the business environment Precast technology?
Precast technology is currently booming, and the private sector must work hand in hand with the government. To boost technology implementation, government should make following policy changes:
- Bring out tenders that specify use of precast technology
- Give some credit points to contractor/developers for using precast technology
- Develop courses/syllabus on precast technology in educational programs
- Give tax benefits to users of precast technology
- Give custom duty relaxations to import of precast technology machines.
What is the company's plan for bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2024?
