Zoomlion Showcases 66 machines & Smart Technology
Zoomlion displayed its manufacturing strength, smart technology and 66 new 4.0 series products. The range included concrete machinery, cranes, earthmoving machinery, aerial work machinery, industrial vehicles, and its overseas brands CIFA and mtec.
Zoomlion products have integrated new scientific and technological advancements such as smart and green technology. Among them, the worthiest was the ZCC9800W crawler crane, which won a gold medal in the Top 50 Application Contributions of China Construction Machinery. Its comprehensive lifting performance is higher than other products of the same weight. Its maximum lifting height is 180 meters, which can meet the requirements of hoisting 160m tall mainstream wind turbines. It is the 'new king' of hoisting wind turbines and was the largest equipment in CICEE. Since its launch, it has completed wind turbine installations in Shandong Yantai Wind Farm, Zhejiang Gaoyou Wind Farm, and in Hebei Nangong Wind Farm.
Zoomlion's new business segment - aerial work machinery - equipped with lithium powered battery was also on display. The product is characterized by its intelligent interconnectivity and sustainability.
Also, on display was Zoomlion's 4.0 tower crane, T7525. With 4.0 intelligent products as the focal point, the company has connected its equipment, enterprises and customers through technologies such as the Internet of Things, Big Data, and the Mobile Internet, and has revolutionized its business model. At present, Zoomlion's industrial Internet platform connects more than 200,000 sets of equipment assets worth one hundred billion yuans, collects more than 9,000 kinds of data parameters, and its stock data has reached the PB level.
Zoomlion is planning to build a 7 sq.km Zoomlion Smart Industrial City in Changsha, which is set to become the world's leading and largest single-unit park in the construction machinery industry. The company's aim is to build the City based on smart technology, sustainability and internationalization. Once complete, it will be an environment-friendly, ecological, high-end, intelligent equipment manufacturing base, offering artificial intelligence research and application solutions.
