Mr. Hitesh Patel, Director
We are perusing the concept of utilizing waste to conserve natural resources and reduce carbon footprint.
AAC plants use fly ash (a waste product from power plants) to make bricks and blocks, which are otherwise made using fertile soil for making red bricks. Sand, an important element for river, land, and sea, should be conserved. We offer M-sand plants to save this precious natural resource, which is fast depleting.
We offer 100% Made in India AAC [Autoclave Aerated Concrete] plants, machinery for M-sand manufacturing, dry mixed mortar plant, and stone crushers. Our manufacturing technology ensures best quality, shortest delivery schedule, and the most economical price. Our vast customer base is built on their confidence in our products, and our service & support. Our field engineers are well trained to resolve on-site problems at the shortest time possible.
Automation reduces human error in manufacturing & need for manpower
We have added Automation in all the important section/departments within our line of equipment and in material handling. This automation reduces human error in the manufacturing, reduces need for manpower, and reduces rejections, as well as brings consistent productivity.
We have a system of maintaining records, which generates non-conformity reports in the maintenance program. We support our customers with this program, which is customized to their needs. The program has strengthened our preventive maintenance measures very efficiently for preventing machine breakdowns. This saves cost and reduces downtime of plants for our customers.
We have planned sales in multiple ways.
Our strategy is to grow our business both vertically and horizontally through area-wise marketing. Our sales team meets current customers and reaches out to new ones who are planning to set up projects. We visit international exhibitions, and are also promoting our products in social media.
We see long-term benefits from the various government reforms
Implementation of GST, Demonetization, RERA etc. are steps which will increase organized companies to enter the construction industries. In turn, it will bring more transparency, revenue and employment. Government action is favoring the Construction sector due to larger scale projects being sanctioned in Roads, Railways, Power, Drainage, Housing and its Swachh Bharat Mission, which has really boosted trade. We see great opportunities in the Construction sector in the coming decades.
New at Excon 17
Excon is a large platform which is well recognized by construction industries across the globe. We will be displaying our various plants and machinery and are confident of receiving an excellent response.
