Why Dharti Quarry Works Chose Propel
Dharti Quarry Works had worked with several equipment manufacturers before evaluating Propel. It needed machines that delivered consistent throughput, produced high-quality aggregates, and came with dependable after-market support.Propel met that benchmark. After commissioning its first Propel plant, Dharti Quarry Works saw enough improvement in production and aggregate quality to invest in a second plant, and then a third.
“ I have been involved in the stone business since 2000. Initially, we used locally made crushers, which resulted in low production levels. We relied on tractors for our operations and achieved a daily output of only 400 to 500 units. We were approached by Propel’s sales team, which gave us the confidence to partner with them. With Propel, we were able to increase our daily production to between 2,500 and 3,000 units. Propel also provided excellent service support in Gujarat, which further strengthened our trust in the company. Consequently, we replaced our existing ‘220’ model with a Propel unit. Although representatives from various other companies approach us, we continue to place our trust in Propel.”

Production Performance
At Dharti Quarry Works, one of its Propel plants has achieved a production rate of approximately 2,500-3,000 tons per day. And across its three Propel plants, the company currently achieves approximately 7,000-8,000 tons per day. According to the customer, the quality of the aggregates produced meets its requirements. The company supplies aggregates for major infrastructure projects, including bullet train and metro projects.Service Support
In aggregate production, unplanned downtime costs money every hour. Dharti Quarry Works highlights Propel's service presence in Gujarat as a key reason for its continued partnership. Minor machine issues are resolved quickly by Propel's local service team, and the company has not reported any major equipment problems over the last three to four years of operation. How the Propel 3-Stage Crushing & Screening Plant Works
Quarry Feed → Primary Crushing → Secondary Crushing → Screening → Tertiary Crushing → Final Screening → Classified Aggregates- Raw quarry material enters the Propel AVJ 811 V2 Jaw Crusher for primary size reduction.
- The crushed material moves to the Propel AVC 250 Cone Crusher for secondary crushing.
- The material is screened through the Propel MVS 2060 Vibrating Screen for size classification.
- Material requiring further processing passes through the Propel AVVI 200 VSI for tertiary crushing and shaping.
- The processed material undergoes final screening through the second MVS 2060 Vibrating Screen.
- The final products are separated according to the required aggregate sizes.

“ We have been using Propel’s machines for the past 3-4 years. We haven’t faced any major issues so far. Whenever minor issues have arisen, the company has supported us in resolving them promptly. We are satisfied with Propel, and as we take up future projects, Propel will be our first choice.”
