Mr. Neeraj Gaur, MDPune-based Fine Equipments made its foray in the Road Construction Equipment sector with its new FMG 170 Motor Grader and 15-ton Motor Grader in 2016. We started assembling the grader at our Pune plant, and sales commenced in early 2017. We are marketing them to contractors looking for an economical solution.
The highly productive and reliable graders come with a 12-feet blade, an air-conditioned cabin, and are fitted with ZF Transmission. We are using the best parts and sub-assemblies, and taking care of operator comfort and working efficiencies with a better cabin environment and smooth hydraulic controls. FMG170 is powered with a Cummins Engine, which runs without the extra service required of additional equipment or after-treatment of exhaust gases. The transmission has been selected to optimize engine performance and enhance overall fuel efficiency by matching engine power to the application.
As a leading supplier and manufacturer of construction, demolition and road equipment, we provide a comprehensive range of products that include SKIDO skid steer loaders powered by 60 hp Simpson Engines; Fi W 60 sand washing systems, which coupled with slurry management plant, will be able to recover and recycle 90% of the water; and 2-ton and 3.5-ton mini excavators from Takeuchi of Japan, with which we have an exclusive distribution tie-up. We also provide Rock Breakers, Quick Couplers, Rock Drills, Buckets and other excavator attachments.
As regards preventive and periodic maintenance, these have always been our USP and will remain so. We are continuously building on our customer service, and are expanding our dealer network, especially in territories where we are not present. With the support of our growing dealer network, our new FMG170 Motor Grader, Mini Skido and other products will be able to set new standards in grading performance, productivity, and reliable after-sales service.
The year so far has been an average year compared to the last few years. GST may have a positive impact in the long-term for ease of doing business. We are hopeful of growth as the government’s reforms may help structure the business environment.
