What product(s) does Cintasa produce?

Cintasa is a 52-year-old family-owned company with its fabrication facility located in Zaragoza, Spain. We also collaborate with sales partners in various countries while managing operations centrally from Spain.

We produce a variety of conveyor types, including heavy-duty conveyors, in-gallery installation conveyors, gallery structures, triple-car conveyors, belt feeders with hoppers, dosing feeders, recycling conveyors, and rental-purpose models. Our specialization is in bulk-material handling systems such as stacker conveyors, vertical conveyors, and belt-and-bucket elevators.

Although belt conveyors remain our core focus, we also manufacture complementary equipment such as feeders, dosing conveyors, belt elevators, hoppers, support structures, transfer towers, and enclosed galleries as part of complete material-handling systems.

We continue to expand our global presence through participation in tradeshows worldwide, namely Bauma, Expomin, and mining events in Mexico, etc, where we showcase our new developments.

Which sectors does Cintasa cater to mainly?

Cintasa
Our main business segments include cement and aggregates, mining (in-plant material handling conveyors), chemicals, fertilizers, ports, metallurgy and steelmaking, and recycling.

We produce a wide range of conveyor systems for countries like Brazil, where we have supplied conveyors for recycling facilities, biomass plants, and a glass factory. In Colombia, we have delivered conveyors to Intaco and other companies in the sand and aggregates sector. In Mexico, we have supplied conveyors for the recycling industry, scrap processing, and cement plants, including projects for Cemex.

In India, we have delivered conveyors for a glass plant, but the number of projects we have catered to have been limited so far. However, we work regularly with engineering companies of MNCs who have their office in India. In the United States, our main market is the cement plants, and we have deliveries scheduled for Canada.

What are Cintasa’s manufacturing capabilities and quality standards?

Our manufacturing plant spans approximately 21,000 sqm. In 2021, we added a new building dedicated to painting operations. We have our own engineering team, and although our core product is belt conveyors, each system is fully customized according to client requirements, application, final destination, and material specifications. All engineering and calculations are carried out internally and shared with the client for validation.

We maintain high standards of quality and hold certifications for ISO Quality Management, Health and Safety, Environmental Management, and Welding. Our production is fully integrated—from raw materials to final painting and pre-assembly. Our facilities include machining, bolt manufacturing, welding operations, and an automated shot-blasting system. All conveyors are delivered pre-assembled, which significantly reduces installation time and cost for clients.

By combining engineering excellence, in-house manufacturing, and rigorous quality standards, we are able to provide bulk-material handling solutions that are reliable, efficient, and globally recognized.
