Mr. Vikram Mehta, Managing Director, Spartan, said, "Safety of the operators has been our prime motive. Our core purpose has been 'to enhance the productivity, speed, and safety in the Construction and Infrastructure industry by providing advanced mechanized solutions, thereby saving money, time and efforts. One of are aspirational core values is 'Contributing back to the ecosystem at large'. With this commitment, we have carried out this training meet as part of our CSR Program. I believe that it would certainly add knowledge and ultimately help the organization to perform better and create more awareness about safety precautions and maintenance of the machines."
Being a pioneer in bringing multi-functionality features in Hoists, Spartan, during the training session, shared knowledge on topics such as hoists (features, erection, operation, maintenance etc), electrical (control panel), and quality control. Beside this, machine demos were also conducted. Spartan also introduced it (soon to be launched) Multi-functional Mini Lift (SML 100) along with its attachments and features, which received a positive response from the attendees.
Spartan made the learning process more enjoyable with a 'Spartan Talent Show' followed by 'Tug of War' competition and DJ Dance program. The day ended with a distribution of the Training Certificate to the participants.
