Stetter's truck-mixers are designed for efficiency, performance and economy. The best example is the UltraEco model. With a weight of only 3,250 kg, it is Stetter's lightest truck-mixer superstructure and is combined with a weight-optimised chassis for a payload of 8 m³ fresh concrete. UltraEco fleets are optimally utilised in combination with a Stetter mixing plant with the new twin-shaft mixer DW 4.0.
With the experience of several thousand mobile batching plants delivered worldwide, Stetter GmbH has extended its portfolio by a M 3.0 mobile batching plant with a DW 3.0 twin-shaft mixer. The M 3.0 basic plant is built on a mobile steel frame, which carries the folding upper part with the twin-shaft mixer and the weighing platform mounted above it. The control cabinet and feeder are also mounted directly on the steel frame.
The TP 100 trailer pump from Schwing is a completely new and first development in the field of mobile concrete pumps. It can be used wherever screed, mortar, fine concrete or concrete with a grain size of up to 25 mm needs to be conveyed efficiently and reliably. A new version of the ROCK gate valve will be used. Another product to be displayed will be the truck-mounted concrete pump S 65 SXF, the flagship of Schwing. With a reach of 60 metres and a delivery rate of up to 162 m³ of fresh concrete per hour, it is predestined for use in large construction sites. During the first few months after its introduction, two dozen vehicles were sold and delivered.
The completely newly developed S47 SX III truck-mounted concrete pump is another new addition to the III series. It is based on proven components from various development stages and series, and is ready for market entry in the third generation. A special feature is the high flexibility of the boom package, known from the S 38 SX Reptor series, with the large boom opening angles and easy-to-operate roll-folding.
With its DirectDrive, Schwing is revolutionizing working with truck-mounted concrete pumps. The innovative drive not only combines the specific advantages of the previously known boom folding types of a machine, but also creates completely new application possibilities.
