Overwhelming Response to Spartan’s Sparsh Customer Meet

Spartan has been a leader for manufacturing construction equipment in India. It has been a trendsetter in introducing Bar Bending and Bar cutting machines to India, to mechanize the bending and cutting steel bars as against age old unsafe and faulty process of manually doing it.
Being also a pioneer in bringing in multi-functionality in Passenger and Material Hoists, thereby replacing Tower Crane in carrying rebars at construction sites, thus saving on huge capital investment, Spartan believes in total customer satisfaction, and has constantly taken feedback from customers for developing new machineries, new functions and new safety features in machines thereby giving them value for money.
The company has utilized the tough phase in Construction and Infrastructure industry to innovate and introduce new designs in construction equipment. Its strong Research and Design team has studied almost all globally leading construction equipment by participating in various expos, visiting various manufacturing facilities, etc. Many national and international awards like Top SME 100 Award, BAI's Navratna of Construction Equipment, Manufacturing Today's Best Manufacturing Award, Business Excellence awards from AIBCF and many more are testimony to Spartan's commitment towards construction and infrastructure industry.
Branding: Initivative for Good
All the above has led us to launch our advanced and re-engineered construction equipment. To avoid any misuse of the identity and various mal practices going on in the industry, we have branded them with unique names. Now the latest and advanced series of Bar Bending & Bar Cutting machines from Spartan will be called as 'Gladiator' series, Man and Material Hoists will be 'Aviator' series, series of Rope Suspended Platforms will be termed as 'Sky Climber' series and Tower Cranes as 'Hercules' series. These series are the most advanced machineries with unique and path breaking safety features and operations. These machines come with envious aesthetics and are unique in all senses.
Customer Meet
To bring these machines in front of the customers, we had arranged a customer meet in Mumbai under our Sparsh Initiative. This customer meet was held at our HO premises in Andheri, Mumbai. It was held in between 3rd to 5th September 2015. As the response was tremendous, we had to repeat the event on 11th and 12th September. The timings of the event were kept flexible so as to fit into customers' busy schedule. The new series of machines i.e. bar bending, cutting machines, SRP and Hoists were at display. The meet was attended by around 500 people and 200 companies across Mumbai and suburbs. We had privilege to attend to varied positions of people, right from the operators to Managing Directors, VPs, and senior P&M professionals. We found many customers quite curious about the machineries and they were happy to receive the information on each machine. Spartan's entire team from various departments right from sales, marketing, design, production, customer care, customer delight, and the management too were happy to welcome all the customers during the event.
The objective was to introduce and explain the customers about our newly launched machineries, but the prime idea was to interact with the whole industry, hear about their feedback on various aspects of machines, customer care, spares, sales team and their satisfaction level and we were happy to receive positive feedback. At the same time, a process was built and brainstormed for attending their concerns. They were taken through product presentations.
One to One session with our Managing Director Dr. Vikram Mehta was also organized to hear them directly and also to share the management's vision with the customers. The whole event went on successfully and we were pleased to get the right feedback about the machineries from the right people and at the right time. We thank all the customers who attended the event, spared and for their valuable time and shared feedback.

The success of the Sparsh Customer Meet in Mumbai has inspired us to conduct similar events at our other regional offices in India. We are conducting the same event in Ahmedabad on 29th & 30th Sept, Delhi- 7th to 10th October, Jaipur- 16th & 17th October, Pune- 23rd & 24th October, Bangalore- 29th to 31st October, Chennai- 4th & 5th November, Hyderabad- 13th & 14th November and Kolkata- 30th November & 1st December 2015. We do expect a good response at all these cities and request all to come and participate in the show.
