LiuGong: Meeting toughest applications
LiuGong and Dressta showcased a 20-machine line up designed for the toughest conditions and applications in mining, quarry and aggregate, demolition, material handling, utilities, landscaping, road and highway and agriculture. The 9 nine new models that made their bauma debut included wheel loaders, excavators, a motor grader, a forklift and two new dozers from Dressta.
The all-new 909 ECR Compact Radius Excavator offers excellent stability and is a highly versatile tool carrier enabling it to use a variety of attachments ranging from buckets to hammers, in road and inner-city applications. LiuGong's new 950 demolition excavator focuses on the machine's improved stability and stronger 30m long reach boom which allows the 950 to punch well above its weight and operator comfort and safety are top priority.
The new 848H wheel loader with new Ergo transmission delivers multi-tool flexibility with maximum power, minimum emissions, and a safe and comfortable operator environment. The new Cummins QSB6.7 combined with a wet axel and a 5-speed transmission, with a lock-up clutch torque converter as standard, complies with Stage 4 regulations without compromising on power. Advanced load sensing hydraulics and auto shift transmission ensure rapid cycle times. With a new Stage V engine, the wheel loader brings forth LiuGong's performance capability in material handling and aggregate preparation. Ergonomically designed joystick enhances operator comfort and increases productivity. For applications which require heavy lifting, the machine delivers more power for less consumption. The power shift transmission and advanced load sensing hydraulics combine to deliver superior breakout force with speed and agility
Another new innovation was the 4180D motor grader; it boasts best-in-class 324° panoramic visibility owing to a unique 5 post cab with a single C-pillar. New impact resistant materials have been introduced to provide better weight distribution and increase recyclability. New from Dozer segment were TD-15 and TD-25 crawler dozers. The all-new TD-15 has been designed to offer maximum versatility through the widest choice of frame structures and blades. New load sensing steering provides more precise blade and ripper control and reduces fuel consumption by up to 10%.
