bC India is a joint-venture between two world renowned trade show organizers, i.e. Messe München International (MMI), organizer of BAUMA, and Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), organizer of CONEXPO-CON/AGG. They have combined their expertise to present a construction machinery show in India that is customized to ones business. Both partners are promoting the show around the world to have a greater quality and quantity of international visitors and exhibitors. The show is supported in India by BAI (Builders’ Association of India).
Despite extending the available exhibition space to 130,000 sqm from 88,000 occupied during the last fair, bC India 2013 is almost fully booked. The organizers have drawn up a waiting list for some sections of the show that shows the high regard bC India enjoys among exhibitors.
Talking on the feedbacks to the second edition of the show, Thomas Löffler, Chief Executive Officer bC Expo India Pvt. Ltd. says “our decision to launch bC India just came at the right time and at the right place. Furthermore, the number of exhibitors as well as the feedback from all participants evidence impressively that bC India truly is a new dimension for the construction industry. Ninety-seven percent of the visitors rated bC India as good to excellent according to a survey conducted during bC India 2011. Ninety-nine percent of the visitors said that they would come back to visit bC India 2013. Regarding to the exhibitors, 91% rated bC India as good to excellent which is an outstanding result.”
He further adds, “With regards to all operational issues, we gathered a lot of experiences through the first event of bC India 2011 which helped us a lot for the upcoming event. As far as marketing issues are concerned, we did an extensive visitor’s survey during bC India 2011 wherein the results helped us tremendously to focus on the right marketing channels and to achieve our goal to attract more visitors from especially the north of India and neighboring countries. It looks very promising.”
In this context, the most pleasing thing JCB, one of the leading players in the sector, has been attracted to bC India 2013 as a first-time exhibitor. Amit Gossain, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development at JCB India Limited, commented on their first debut at the show: “We are excited to participate in the bC India exhibition and look forward to present new innovations from JCB at the show.” Other big names taking part for the first time in bC India are: Hyundai, Case, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ashok Leyland, Cifa etc.
Once again interest from abroad is high: bC India 2013 will feature first time pavilions from Northern Ireland and Japan; China, France, Great Britain, Italy, Russia, South Korea, and Spain will organize joint presentations from their countries for the second time.
bC India is not just a platform for global companies to showcase their innovations to the industry but it also offers trade visitors and audience to participate in first class conferences and buyer forums that are held concurrently to the trade fair. The conferences are organized by the Builders Association of India (BAI), Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (iCEMA) etc. iCEMA’s Conference for example, will deal with the topic “Infrastructure Development - Deliverables and Imperatives. On this Glenville da Silva, President, iCEMA says, “We look forward to organizing iCEMA Conference coinciding with bC India 2013.The conference will present the latest technology for developing infrastructure, key infrastructure projects in India and financing of equipment.”
Giving an overview of the global economy and its impact on bC India, the official spokespersons of research wings RNCOS and Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI), Shushmul Maheswari and Anna Westenberger says, “although the World economy is looking on the face of slowdown, the Indian construction sector seems to be on the growth path.” They are of the opinion that the Indian construction sector is likely to clock double-digit growth exactly over and above the country’s average GDP, which it has consistently been maintaining for the past few years. Though the economic slowdown of 2008 adversely impacted the construction equipment industry for a short duration but it bounced back on its growth trajectory in 2009-10, which is expected to continue in future as well.
Dynamic growth in the Indian population stimulates the need for infrastructure improvements with direct positive effects on the domestic construction industry. Ninety percent of bC India exhibitors expect that the economy in the region will keep growing at a dynamic pace.
bC India 2011 was a huge success in its inaugural year, and the outlook for bC India 2013 is even better!
Mr. Abhijeet Pai, Director, Puzzolana

All their machines were developed with latest technology to minimize the cost of production. In fact, it is the products and service that had given the name and fame to its company.
He informs, “We have now ventured fully into supplying machinery for friable ores with Inpit Feeder Breakers, Roll sizers. Our launch of modern design Surface Miner for continuous mining application, is finding as a replacement for MNC products.”
Witnessing the current scenario, he is expecting that the market would grow in a slow and steady pace and can achieve 6 to 8 percent growth by the end of 2014. “Our endeavor is to focus on our Core business and to be a solution Partner,” he says.
Mr. Anand Sunderesan, M.D, Schwing Stetter
Apprising about the new launch, he proclaims “we will display our new innovations at the show which are the end-result of close interaction with our customers analysing their needs and their difficulties in the concreting area. We have tried to address and resolve their difficulties as much as possible and we are sure that we will definitely be able to help the concrete industry in executing projects with ease and increased performance.”
Schwing Stetter is a predominant manufacturer in the area of concrete production, transportation and placement. Over the years, with its increased interaction with the construction industry, the company has been able to identify its concreting needs. Its products main focus is on customer’s needs for infrastructure projects like roads, railways, bridges, ports, airports, dams, high-rise constructions, power projects, supply of ready mix concrete, and so on. The company’s latest trend is production of concrete pre-cast products, self-compacting concrete which they will exhibit at the show.
Mr. Sunil Sapru, President, Liugong India.
On their participation at the show, he adds, “With various advancements in equipment technology, manufacturers and suppliers have a lot more to offer to the construction and mining industry. bC India brings together the best to offer to the construction fraternity, under one roof. We perceive that our company will be benefited as this show offers an exceptional opportunity to showcase our products and services to our target audience. The variety of the latest technologies which will be showcased, give visitors the opportunity to compare the equipment from the Indian and International manufacturers in order to meet their requirements. We will showcase our offerings and solutions to ensure that our customers complete their projects on time meeting the quality standards and earning profits. Such avenues for interaction would definitely be of great help to our customers as they target new projects and opportunities and to the whole industry in promoting collaboration and exchange. We are set to encash the outcome of the event for building better future business prospects.”
Sharing his views on the demand trends for the CE market in 2013-14, he said that India being the world’s seventh largest country by area and the second largest by population, was one of the most dynamically growing nations but had largely untapped construction equipment market. As road construction (national highways, state highways, and rural roads) was a major growth driver for the Indian infrastructure industry, he hoped approval for building 9500 km of highway projects would go a long way in ensuring growth. Further, the introduction of EPC model would help minimize the time and cost over-runs and enabled a faster roll-out of projects.
Informing about the government’s proactive approach to infrastructure development, he states, “To accelerate the development process in the rural area, the government has already formulated various schemes. With increasing investment in the infrastructure sector, we foresee huge demand for road construction equipment manufacturers in the coming years. Also, as our government plans to work on the faster execution of the top priority projects, it will act as an enabler in keeping the momentum rolling. Further growth to the CE business will be from mining, irrigation, airports, and power sectors.”
Mr. Tushar Mehendale, Managing Director, ElectroMech
Describing in detail about the company’s plan for the show Mr. Tushar Mehendale, Managing Director, ElectroMech says, “We will showcase our gantry cranes which are widely used across the infrastructure and construction sector. Our innovation in the development of the high lift high speed tunnel mucking system which recently received the prestigious ‘Manufacturing Today Award for excellence in innovation’ will also be showcased at the show as this innovation is particularly relevant to this industry. Besides these, our joint venture partner Zoomlion is showcasing its range of tower cranes, being manufactured in India. Zoomlion is amongst the top 7 construction equipment manufacturers in the world and a world leader in tower cranes.
bC India is an excellent opportunity for companies in Construction, Infrastructure and Mining industry to display their products to their prospective customers. But most importantly, the event will also provide companies a global platform to communicate and learn from different industry experts. The event will be a huge opportunity for ElectroMech to create a new dimension by having a significant presence at bC India by showcasing its various product and service offerings to industries across various verticals.
Dwelling in detail about the company and its progression he states ElectroMech is a 33-year old company, which was established in 1979. “We have grown from strength to strength over the past few years, while expanding our products portfolio, manufacturing facilities and customer base. Our recent developments have been an infusion of private equity investment by Motilal Oswal Private Equity and a Joint venture agreement with Zoomlion, China for manufacturing and selling their range of tower cranes in India,” he informs.
He elaborated by saying that construction and infrastructure are the two major areas that ElectroMech caters to. The company’s Industrial cranes & hoists play a major role at major infrastructure sites while its Gantry cranes are used for precast segment yards and bridge constructions. Similarly, the specialized hoisting equipment are used for bridge launching girders etc.
Commenting on the Indian infrastructure sector and government proactive approach for its sustainable development he says the infra sector is one of the major and key contributors for the growth of lifting equipment industry in India. Infrastructure projects in India have proven to be the key drivers to support the industry in terms of growth. The government’s decision of investing $1 trillion in the sector has the potential to help in giving a ‘lift’ to lifting equipment industry.
As more infra projects are announced, the positive effects will cascade across industries in terms of rise in demand. Construction equipment, heavy engineering, cement, steel etc. will all grow and provide a much needed boost to other allied industries as well. We certainly expect to see demand rising over the coming financial year; however a target alone will not be enough for this much needed boost. The government needs to meet its own targets for expenditure as well as give impetus for the private sector to invest in infrastructure projects and create an environment that promotes raising funds for investment, he speaks up.
Ramesh Palagiri, Managing Director and CEO of Wirtgen India.
Besides showcasing the Wirtgen Group as the complete solution provider for Road building & Rehabilitation machines, mobile Crushing and Screening plants and also Surface mining technology, the company also gets favorable time to interact with its existing and potential customers.
The exhibition is a good opportunity for both exhibitors and visitors. We, as an exhibitor if on one hand can display our latest product innovations and demonstrate why we are the global market leaders in mobile road construction machines then on the other hand, visitors get chance to witness a wide range of equipment, latest technologies and state-of-the-art machinery from both Indian and global companies and can have a hands for experience on the products on display, says Mr. Palagiri.
On company’s achievement and plan he said that the Wirtgen Group had its presence in India since 1995 in Bangalore as a sales and service company and had undertaken several prestigious projects like the Golden Quadrilateral, Yamuna Expressway etc under the National Highway Development program. The desire to offer more to the Indian market had resulted in setting up a production unit near Pune, in 2011 , where the 311 Single drum Soil compactor for the Indian market was manufactured. Shortly, the company would commence the production of the Tandem roller and Asphalt paver.
For the current market scenario he says, “We have been saying the timely implementation is the key to success of any project. But due to various factors like hurdles in land acquisition, environmental clearance, forest department clearances etc, the projects get delayed. Also there is reluctance from the non-banking financial institutions to provide finance to BOT projects. However, the existing scenario, although is not in a good shape but we will see a change in the near future with a positive trend increasing.”

The first mobile weiler hollow core system now enables location-independent set up for the implementation of even remote projects. Through this new innovation, weiler has offered a totally new perspective and opportunities in the design, production and expansion to the construction industry.
As a German family business with tradition and many years of experience, weiler GmbH is distinguished and set itself apart by its pioneering spirit. Through continuous evolvement, the initial machine building company has become a worldwide supplier of turnkey plants for precast concrete products. Today, weiler not only provides complete precast concrete plants, but also everything from one source: from the processing of raw materials to storage of finished products.
Production of weiler precast concrete products is already undertaken worldwide and has over 200 plants. These find use in private housing as well as commercial and industrial building construction and high-rise buildings. They include among others: Ceiling systems, e.g. Hollow Core panels, ceiling beams, etc; Load-bearing and none load-bearing wall panels, solid, hollow or as a sandwich; Products for concrete frame-work e.g. Columns, beams etc and Precast foundations, piles, lintels, etc.
The latest development is now the unique technical concept of a fully mobile plant for the manufacture of hollow slabs, that can also be used for large projects in a flexible and mobile manner, thus production can take place at the building site itself.
The advantages are obvious: build-up within 5-10 days, with minimal preparation and investment. Within a short time, a fully equipped production plant for hollow concretes labs is locally available, allowing a capacity of 120-1000 m2 per day.
With the development of the worldwide first mobile plant through weiler GmbH, the entry into the Hollow Core market has now been paved for many young as well as established construction companies. Through the flexibility of a very interesting option, the actual plant site will in future play a sub-ordinate role.
Mr. Stefan Fuchs, Chief Executive Officer, Goldhofer
Talking about the company’s product offerings and sales, Chief Executive Officer, Stefan Fuchs said that currently more than 35,000 Goldhofer vehicles can be seen on roads and at construction sites all over the world and the largest portion of sales is made up of the innovative heavy-duty module systems which are used for heavy and heavy-load transports with payloads of up to 15,000 tons. The heavy-duty module systems from Goldhofer with axle loads of up to 50 metric tons have already carried enormous masses. The low loader semitrailers from Goldhofer are an important component of the company’s product area. The new product series that were especially conceived for the transport of wind energy plants, Goldhofer offers a forward-looking concept for the number one growth market in transport logistics including semi low loaders with anywhere from two to ten axles making them suitable for payloads of over 100 metric tons. It is also traditionally strong in the product area of standard low bed truck trailers that range from three to five axles and are designed for payloads of up to 80 metric tons not just on the roads but also at international airports.
Elaborating further he claimed that anyone trusting Goldhofer vehicle also trusts its know-how when it comes to service. The company does not only offer a 24-hour service hotline in case of emergencies, but also provides a worldwide service network and shipping of replacement parts, service training sessions and workshops, and of-course technical consultations and customers’ care with transports. Apart from these, an additional value for the customers is their top priority. In fact, they want to be a supplier who always offers an economical solution to their customers for all areas of transport and highest quality with products and services.
Informing about the latest innovation he says, “the company has developed a system that is unique in the entire world, one in which the tolerance range of the telescoping tubes has been reduced to just a few millimeters, creating the optimal functionality with the extending and compressing of the tubes. The company has also scored a big hit with its customers with the introduction of the new painting system. In this regard, the production sequence was rearranged such that complete frames are already painted before the final assembly of the components, and by means of a sealed “paint jacket”, they receive the maximum protection against corrosion. In addition, they also offer pure service with its ingenious software selection. With the “easyLOAD” that has been tested by the German inspection institution TÜV, Goldhofer’s customers can independently determine the load patterns themselves with the use of different vehicle combinations and thus calculate the axle and semi-loads. With “easyTRACK” and “easyVERSION”, the company offers two more special solutions that make operation easier for transport companies with the use of heavy-duty module systems.”

Mr. Wolfgang Deussen, Managing Director, SBH Tiefbautechnik GmbH.
He further averted that bauma must be new to India, but it is the most respected organisation in construction industry worldwide which organized shows of international standard where participants get opportunities to meet their existing and potential customers. Participating at the show always proves beneficial for us too.
SBH Tiefbautechnik is the successful manufacturers and distributors of trench shoring systems for civil engineering projects all over the world for over two and half decades. Mr. Umesh, Managing Director, IDS Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
“We are already popular in southern markets and participating at bC show will help us to popularize our brand and full products range in west and north markets. Now customers in this region could make use of technologically advanced IDS products. Even though OEMs contribute more than 50% to our sales, IDS also offers number of technology solutions and value added services to end users; so that they can increase the life of batching plants by upgrading to IDS solutions and also improve business processes with minimal investments. Hence, our prime objective is to connect to users through the show,” he added.
IDS is serving concrete (RMC) / pre-cast sectors for the past 12-13 years, recognizes the fact that the construction industry especially concrete industry works 24X7 and requires not only prompt but also instant support. Hence, the company has revamped 24X7 helpline and made it more potent. Now IDS customers can get support on all National holidays & festivals as well.
On RMC industry prospect and usage of modern technology, he says, “We feel that the market is quite promising. If some policy decisions are taken properly then, RMC industry can grow @ 40% per annum which will boost sales of batching plants, concrete pumps and related equipment. The government needs to take keen interest in technology and thus ensure use of dependable technology, by which it can free itself from quality and productivity related issues. Also the government can force industry to adopt state-of-the-art technology by clearly defining & propagating modern technology solution, which if implemented could help the government to monitor site activities.”
Mr. Bharat Patel, Manager Sales, Nav Nirman Beam
Sharing his views on the demand trends of the CE market in 2013-14, he said that infrastructure is the backbone of any economy. Considering the fact that due to several structural challenges and the government pleothera, emphasis laid on this segment has been very less. But finally the government has taken a strong stance and committed to revive the economy back to normal and Infrastructure segment has been given importance through proper reforms and consensus. Hence the outlook for the CE market is much optimistic and will offer huge opportunity to the Companies associated with this.
Talking about Nav Nirman Beam Technics service to construction industry he said, “We are catering to the requirement of Formwork segment under which we manufacture Formwork H-Beams, H-16, H-20, and H-24 Beam, widely used in all the concrete shuttering areas of the Construction activities. Started in 2003 with a vision to provide the best engineering wood and project wood consultancy to the growing Construction Industries in India, Nav Nirman Beam Technics since then has constantly been upgrading its portfolio with diverse offerings, challenging projects and acquired impressive clients. In 2011-12, it became the leading brand in the manufacturing of Formwork H-Beams by acquiring impressive 11 new Clients and 4 new overseas Clients. In the current FY 2012-13, the company is targeting a top-line growth of 20% and few new Clients.”
Saumil Shah, Director Business Development, Kaushik Engineering Works
Elaborating further he claimed adding that the company’s original product range includes asphalt equipment for making roads but subsequently entered into manufacturing equipment for concrete industry and has recently added Road Sweepers to its product line. Our current focus is on designing asphalt batch mix plants which are of higher capacity that can generate revenue five times more than the drum mix plant. Our engineers are working brilliantly on the design and it is hoped that they will finalize the same very shortly. Currently, it has no significant collaboration with outside partners but we are looking for foreign partners for technical collaborations on a joint venture module and are also looking for players to work with us on the basis of exclusive dealership agreements for sales in specific regions. We anticipate that implementation of either of the plans will lead to the firm possibilities for our future growth, he insisted.
He informed that most of the developed countries are using only batch-mix plants and are opposed to drum mix plants. We expect that it is also going to be the future of India as the country started growing and becoming more developed by the day. “Furthermore, with the upcoming government’s regulation it will become obligatory for big projects to use asphalt batch mix plants in stead of drum mix plants. So, developing our business in this area will become vital for our continued growth in the future.
In the recent past, we have seen India, Brazil and China emerging as major global players but now more companies are entering into the Indian market that means stiff competition in the near future. Small companies that are working in niche markets are always going to be around but medium sized companies like ours, are either going to disappear or will merge with the larger companies. Now, we have an option that either we should focus on a very specific area, working with a selected group of customers, or should grow rapidly to compete with the multinational companies and remain the decorator of our own destiny.
Kaushik is increasing its geographical presence not only in India but also in the overseas markets. At present, its products are exported to South Asian, African and Middle East countries and recently to Europe as well. The company entered into the European market by selling its plant in Poland. Around 50% of its products are sold in export market and it is aggressively promoting the sales of its products in the Latin American and Eastern European markets.
Environmental considerations are another important factor for the future. In India, the most popular method is wet dust type pollution control but in developed countries, a bag house type filter unit is used which is more effective as it can redirect what it collects back into the plant. India and other developing countries cannot yet afford this type of facility but as they move towards working with big plants like Asphalt Batch Mix Plants – they need to adopt bag house type filter units. Kaushik is setting up a Service Centre in Kenya to cater to African markets and has plans to set up Service Centre in other export region. Various technical services provided by the company are to support its products supported by its well established R&D setup including rendering, designing, and engineering support for its new Batch mix plant technology. The company’s future plan is to get maximum growth in the immediate future to take advantage of the current infrastructure boom, he concluded.
Mr. Raman Joshi,
Manitowoc Cranes India
Towering above the booth will be a Potain MC 175 B, which is one of the several crane models built at Manitowoc’s local factory in Pune. The crane has maximum lifting capacity of 8 t wherein it can lift 1.4 t at its maximum outreach of 60 m.
In addition to showing equipment, Manitowoc will also run live training courses at its stand every day through Manitowoc Crane Care as the company did the same during the last bC India, in 2011, and the courses were hugely successful, selling out completely. Manitowoc hopes similar success at bC India 2013, with classes on tower crane maintenance and operation among those available.
Mr. Joshi says, the timing of the show is really good for the manufacturers and the visitors.
“India will keep moving in the right direction, but this year has unfortunately been a little slower. But we’re optimistic for 2013 and still expect new infrastructure and energy projects to come on-line and to build these ambitious new developments contractors will need to use the latest lifting technology. We’re displaying several cranes with such capacities that can’t be offered by other manufacturers. We’re also pleased to be staging our daily training sessions at our booth. Our Manitowoc Crane Care training courses are going from strength-to-strength and customers recognize the safety and operational benefits available through in-depth knowledge of the cranes they are working with,” says Mr. Joshi.
Visitors to the Manitowoc booth at bC India 2013 will also have a chance to check out a display showing the services available through Manitowoc’s new Contact Center in Pune. The Contact Center gives customers fast phone access to a technician 24/7, to discuss any issues regarding their Manitowoc products.
Mr. R.B. Pandey,
General Manager, Marketing, ABG Cranes Private Limited.
Sharing other plan he informed that the company is also planning to display couple of more cranes in the middle range during the show.
Considering bC India’s previous successes where ABG had displayed indigenously manufactured 80MT Hydraulic crawler crane and received overwhelming response from the visitors, the company this time also anticipates that despite a slowdown in the market, the show will generate some interest among customer by introducing latest options and offerings. It will also help generate some leads as well for sales in near future. He said adding that bC India will be a great opportunity for them to meet their existing as well as potential customers and to display their latest products.
Elaborating further he quips “As most of the customers go for repeat purchase of our cranes which is a clear indication of confidence that the customers have in our products & services. The outstanding qualities of our products have been well appreciated by them.”
Being very positive on the CE demand in 2013-14 he says, “We are very optimistic and sincerely hope that the government of India will keep taking concrete steps towards infrastructure development which will lead the growth of CE market as well.”
Mr. J. Ramesh, Founder, Partijatha Machinery
Apprising about the company’s other show focus he says, “We will also use this platform to get valuable feedback for our proposed fully automatic Wet cast plant which is due for commercial launch by the mid-2013 apart from collecting information about Unique Wet pressed products from our potential customers. Other than this, we are also in talks with a couple of companies from Germany and UK for jointly promoting new technologies in Precast Concrete technology, Mixing systems and related products in India.”
Commenting on their participation he informed that exhibitions like bC India is a unique opportunity for us to present our products and technologies to new potential customers. It would help us reconnect with our existing customers and personally meet them to analyze their problems if any and understand their new requirements. However, too many shows in frequent intervals have diluted the impact and enthusiasm of the visitors. Also, the quality of the visitors has improved though the total footfalls have reduced considerably. Moreover, the present subdued sentiment in Infrastructure investments in the country does not help matters.
Giving an overview on company progression and achievements he stated that Parijatha is the leader in Concrete Block, Paving tile and Terrazzo tile machinery in India and growing stronger by the day. The company is well-known in every nook and corner of the country for its excellent machines designed and manufactured taking into consideration Indian working conditions and customer preferences. It has set up the most modern manufacturing facility in Bangalore which can easily match international standards. “We have always strived to understand our customers’ needs from time to time and have been quick enough to match up to their needs by innovation and agility. More importantly Parijatha designs and manufactures plants which specifically cater to the Indian customers and also relates to a few other countries where we regularly export and makes up a substantial share of sales. Incidentally, we are also the biggest exporters of Block plants and Terrazzo tile plants in India till date,” he informed.
He quipped that Parijatha always strives to introduce innovative products and technologies since its inception and is very active in understanding customers’ specific needs and quickly launches smart products which are known for their simplicity, reliability, ease of maintenance and operation. This has led to their immense popularity among all their customers who keep adding on by the day.
Expecting good year ahead for Indian construction industry he avers that it is heartening to note that the Prime Minister announced a couple of months ago about releasing a substantial amount of funds for Infrastructure development all over the country. Sadly, this has still not been converted to any kind of concrete action and results are yet to be seen. Also, repeated scams and political uncertainty had affected investor confidence in the short-term. This has led to a fairly negative sentiment and most private investors are still holding their cards close to their chest and yet to announce fresh investments. Therefore, I feel the best is yet to come for the year and look forward to some kind of activity happening after March ‘13 though not in the scale we had seen in the last few years.
Mr. Rajesh Nambrath, Director, INDIGO
Sharing about the products qualities he said that Epic Eco fiberglass formwork systems display excellent mechanical qualities since they can hold 60kN /m2, - 1200 psf of paneling. Epic Eco paneling systems are suitable for shuttering of foundations, shafts of all kinds, walls, Ceiling / Slab. The assembling time and disassembling time is so fast that, time is reduced by at least 1/4th. The product can be used for atleast 10 years repetitively that means about 1900-2000 uses without any maintenance costs.
Revealing their company’s main motto to participate at the show he said that as most of clients believe that the initial costs are high compared to the project cost and the existing system of formwork. Our key focus will be to encourage the customer to start using EPIC ECO and we are sure that once they use it, there is no looking back.
Elaborating further he said that as we are concern most for our clients, we introduce various sales models to our customers depending upon their expectations of the product and Return of Investments with respect to time. While marketing for our Formwork, we are also giving the customer a benefit of earning out of EPIC ECO, Back Hand Services so that they can make swift transition from existing to EPIC ECO. By customers, we mean all employees associated with product, not only the Purchase Manager or Project Manager, but also the Site Staff, Store Staff, Shuttering Staff. It is complete package, otherwise the customers would not come back to us again.
Divulging company’s rental model he said that its EPIC ECO RENTAL Model has fairly been accepted by most of construction companies. In the rental Model, the company also provides them an option to purchase the material. So it is like Pay as per use and purchase when you like it. We are confident that with the huge repetitive usages, which we guarantee and saving on time, lesser amount of Labor, that eventually the customer would purchase, provided other factors are not a deterrent.
Dwelling in details about their company progression since inception and future prospects he informed that Innovative Formwork like EPIC ECO, still have long way to go in Indian Construction Industry. Of course, we find in some regions there is a slowdown in Construction, but there is no change in the demand or Interests for EPIC ECO. As EPIC ECO in fact reduces the overall costs of formwork and Shuttering in a project, more customers are approaching us.
Hence, we plan to expand EPIC ECO system to larger parts in India. Since this system can go very well with the convectional system like wood, we see the good growth of at least 50% annually in remote areas in India, he avers.
