It has a technical alliance with MBK of Germany for producing cage welding machines; a JV with Carmix of Italy for the manufacture of Self-Loading Mobile Concrete Mixers; an exclusive partnership with HEM, USA, for a range of Slip form concrete Paving equipment; and its JV company Apollo Zenith Concrete Technologies with Zenith of Germany is producing Block Making machines. It holds a number 1 position in India for its vertical cast pipe making machines having completed over 100 installations and is reviving the block making and other industries.
With three joint ventures and two exclusive partnerships with companies that have expertise in their respective categories, Apollo Inffratech is offering the same world-class technology to all its customers. For example, its self-loading mobile concrete mixers have features like close gate in the bucket, cushioning valve in the bucket arm, double spiral drum etc, which give users 5 times higher returns in terms of cement and fuel savings. Plus, all its machines are low in maintenance, resulting in lower cost of ownership.
Use of concrete in constructing roads and highways, housing, airports and other infrastructure projects has increased demand for the company's equipment. Its markets, besides India, include Nepal, Asian countries and the Middle East. With its presence at bauma, it will be looking to expand in other global markets through exports and tie-ups.
