NHAI invites bids for Rs 565-cr road in Uttarakhand
The National Highways Authority of India is taking steps to develop a world-class road network in the hill state of Uttarakhand. They have invited bids for the construction of the four-lane Bhaniyawala-Jollygrant-Rishikesh spur section of NH-07. This project, falling under NH (O), encompasses the four to six-laning of the highway from kilometer 0.000 to kilometer 19.780, with a total length of 19.780 km. The implementation of the project will follow the hybrid annuity model (HAM), requiring an investment of Rs 565.59 crore. The deadline for bid submission is August 2, 2023.
