Capacit’e Infraprojects Wins Rs 542 Crore EPC Contract from IIT Bombay

Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured a prestigious EPC order worth Rs 542.37 crore from IIT Bombay, reflecting the institute’s confidence in the company’s capability to deliver high-quality infrastructure within accelerated timelines.

The project involves the construction of fast-track buildings at IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai, on a design and build (EPC) basis. The scope of work includes design, finishing, water supply and sanitary installations, internal and external electrical works, LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, fire-fighting and alarm systems, public address systems, solar PV systems, lifts, HVAC, substation equipment, DG set, underground water tank, and complete external development with landscaping.

Commenting on the development, Rahul Katyal, Managing Director, Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited said: “We are honoured to have been selected by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay for this significant project on a Design and Build basis.
