Brigade Group Signs JDA for 8.63-Acre Land Parcel in East Bengaluru for Rs 7,200 Cr Township

Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for an 8.63-acre land parcel in Gunjur, advancing plans for a larger 39-acre integrated residential township along the Whitefield–Sarjapur corridor.

The proposed township, primarily residential in nature, is expected to have an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 7,200 crore. The development is being assembled through a combination of outright land acquisitions and joint development agreements.

Located in one of Bengaluru’s key growth corridors, the project is expected to benefit from strong housing demand driven by proximity to major IT hubs and expanding social infrastructure.

The project aligns with Brigade Group’s strategy of developing large-scale, integrated communities offering modern infrastructure and lifestyle amenities.
