LT-Steam-Generator
Larsen & Toubro has dispatched its seventh 700 MWe steam generator to Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd to support nuclear power generation projects in the country.

The steam generators, used in pressurised heavy water reactors, play a critical role in converting water into steam to drive turbines for electricity generation.

These units have been manufactured at L&T’s heavy engineering facilities in Hazira and Vadodara.

The early dispatch of the equipment is expected to support timely execution of nuclear power projects and contribute to strengthening India’s energy infrastructure and capacity.
