Vibrant ventures into concrete batch plants
Asphalt batch mix plant manufacturer Vibrant Construction Equipments has recently ventured into concrete batch mix plants, informed Kranthi Kumar Ravuri, MD. “As an engineering entity, we have a complete understanding of mixing technology, and have leveraged our engineering skills based on our exposure of asphalt batch mix plants,” he said.
The company is confident of business opportunities in view of the government’s focus on developing both concrete and asphalt roads. It is doing the complete fabrication in-house and is sourcing the mixers from manufacturers of repute. To provide the desired homogenous concrete mix, it is providing twin shaft mixers to its concrete batch mix plants.Vibrant plans to targeting its concrete batch mix plants for road and bridge construction and for residential and commercial real estate projects as well. Vibrant is manufacturing 30-45-60-75-90 and 120 cum/hr concrete batch mix plants.
Vibrant has included the RAP option, for Asphalt batch mix plants. This will cater to the flexible requirements of the clients, in case there is use of RAP. The plants are of modular design for ease of transportation and installation; they can be easily transported in 40-ft standard containers.
“We have a strong dealer presence in most of the southern states such as Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, and we have plans to enter other regions. We are also strengthening our services with a team of 25 engineers who will undertake maintenance, training and parts supply to our asphalt and concrete batch mix plants, and will also extended the services to plants of other brands” informed Kranthi Kumar.
