Tata Hitachi Launches Upgraded Shinrai Prime CEV 5 Backhoe Loader
Taking the opportunity to reposition its backhoe loaders in the highly competitive business segment, Tata Hitachi launched its upgraded Shinrai Prime CEV 5 backhoe loader. It also exhibited its new BS V compliant wheel loader and its new indigenously developed 20-ton electric excavator.
Other products in the company’s portfolio include the 20-ton hydraulic tunnel excavator, engineered to meet India’s tunneling demands and support projects related to hydro-irrigation and power generation. The company has also launched a series of new attachments designed to increase versatility and efficiency across a variety of applications. These include the Tapered Ditch Bucket for ditching, the Jaw Bucket for handling and gripping materials with ease, the Trencher for narrow trench creation for utilities and drainage, and the Backfill Blade for backfilling operations.
Commented Siddharth Chaturvedi, Head – Marketing, Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company, "Our new backhoe loader will deliver higher levels of productivity, more fuel efficiency, and operator friendly operations attributes that will position it strongly in the highly competitive backhoe loader market of India. The same holds true for our 3 and 5-ton wheel loaders and their hydrostatic transmission will help deliver lower cost of operations. The machines are suitable for bigger sized quarrying applications requiring frequent load transfers, loading and stockpile arrangements."
He added, "The demand of wheel loaders for block handling applications in granite and marble mining has been increasing due to rising exports and also growing domestic demand. Our new electric excavator will cater effectively to infra development while lowering operations and maintenance costs substantially, and has zero engine emission impact on the environment."
“All our new offerings are set to redefine productivity and efficiency, offering power, agility, and cost-effectiveness to cater to the evolving needs of the industry. Our robust 35-ton excavator is built for versatility, and engineered to excel across industries like construction, mining, and infrastructure development."
"The EX210 Value+ is designed to support the principles of a circular economy, by minimizing its environmental impact. It offers exceptional reliability and cost-effectiveness, backed by Tata Hitachi’s industry-leading warranty support. Not the least, the excavators both of the EX and Zaxis series have a high resale value," he said.
