Shana Diamond Engi-Mech LLP Showcases Durable, High-Performance Concrete Batching Solutions

The company uses an Origin 3 structure for enhanced durability and a Sicoma mixer from Italy to ensure consistent, low-maintenance mixing. Patel added, “We use tried-and-tested components that deliver proper and uniform mixing, and require very little upkeep.”
Shana Diamond’s Inline Concrete Batching Plant comes in capacities of 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, and 120 m³/h, featuring a robust galvanized structure, inline bins, and a larger mixer platform for easier maintenance. The plant is equipped with PLC-based automated controls with real-time SCADA, separate weighing for all materials, high-capacity load cells for accuracy, and options for belt or skip-hoist loading. Designed for higher productivity, the machine operates efficiently even in harsh site conditions.
The company’s Compact CP-Series Batching Plant (20, 30, and 45 m³/h) is designed for projects with limited space. This series of plants are designed for minimal foundation, quick relocation, easy maintenance, low operational cost, and direct loading of transit mixers, ensuring high production efficiency within a small footprint.
The company also highlighted its SD 720 Canal Slope Paver, which delivers fast, accurate, and user-friendly operation with low power consumption. Its advanced, energy-efficient electric drive system with stepless speed control enhances output on canal projects.
According to Patel, the company’s biggest differentiator is the durability of its equipment. “The structures of our products are fully galvanized and much heavier than others in the market — almost 1.5 times the weight and completely heavy-duty, which drastically reduces long-term maintenance.”
He informed that they work on government, canal, railway, and high-speed projects and have designed their machines to avoid any problems on project sites. “If a breakdown occurs, we guide customers with preventive maintenance because we know the likely causes.”
Shana Diamond’s 35,000 sq ft. manufacturing facility is located near Ahmedabad in Mehsana district where their export-oriented products are manufactured as per European standards.
Reflecting on the year, Patel said, “FY 2024–25 was good for business. But we don’t want just 30% growth; we want to grow threefold. The market is strong, India is booming, and there is civil work happening everywhere, and we want to capitalize on the opportunities.”
