We will also showcase crawler excavators in the range of 3 to 38 tons, material handling forklifts, special attachments, and our services.
Hyundai excavators have enhanced durability with reinforced structure, rugged undercarriage, and additional reinforcement on idler and control link.
HCE has a dedicated R&D centre in Hinjawadi, Pune, and is working on creating improved products and also emission compliant CEV-IV machines.
Hyundai’s range of excavators for the Mining and Infrastructure sectors are packed with sheer power to perform in the toughest of job conditions. They are configured with charged air-cooled engine and fuel-efficient hydraulics with additional fuel saving kit to deliver maximum performance with minimum fuel consumption.
The crawler excavator is equipped with a newly designed, operator-friendly 7” inch display cluster, hydraulic energy regeneration system, and advanced Telematics. A spacious operator cabin comes with a fully adjustable seat, and premium features like air conditioning, side lamp, sun visor, water bottle cooling system, and multi-language cluster.
Each model comes with extended maintenance and service schedules for minimizing cost of operation and convenience to customers.
Our customer centric approach is reflected in our world-class products and also in our aftermarket support.
Hyundai conducts regular field visits to test the performance of its machines, benchmarks competitors, and understands customer expectations through VOC to make improvements in its products. The company also offers customized solution for specific applications and ensures low operation and maintenance cost over the product’s lifecycle, to make customers more profitable.

Hyundai has initiated Buyback, Refurbishment and Leasing solutions for customers.
To support this initiative, we have inaugurated a Machine Rebuilding facility at our Chakan plant. We have got an excellent response from our customers where we have so far delivered 25+ refurbished excavators and many more are in the pipeline.
Hyundai has plans to expand its refurbishment workshop facility together with dealer partners for each region. As inflation affects the cost and margins, these initiatives will bring relief to our customers and help them to increase demand of not only re-manufactured excavators but also for the new ones.
Today, Hyundai is a leading player in offering buyback solutions. Over 200 excavators of various competing brands have been exchanged with new Hyundai excavators in the last one year; and we are confident to grow these volumes in the coming years.
Leasing solution is a new concept for the CE industry and the need of the hour in current times. Hyundai has tie-ups to offer attractive customized solutions for leasing excavators with leading financers.

Budget 2022-23 calls for a bigger spend on infra development to accelerate growth in Asia’s third largest economy. The Government has proposed a sharp increase of 35% in capital expenditure at ₹ 7.5 lakh crore in 2022-2023 with 1.99 lakh crore in Road Transport and Highways, and 1.40 lakh crore in Railways. This gives immense opportunity to the CE industry to raise their value.
The Government has a target to expand the national highways by 25,000 km, and 2000 km of rail network. It has issued a budget of Rs.45,000 crore for interlinking of River Ken and Betwa. This will create good demand for Construction Equipment for supporting such massive infrastructure projects.
