We will be displaying our whole new range of Concrete Batching Plants and four new variants of Self-Loading Mixers at Excon.
Premraj Keshyep, Founder & Managing Director

Exploring new sales avenues even when the market was volatile, brought us new business opportunities which resulted in higher sales.
We always count for new business opportunities - a habit which we have nurtured ever since KYB Conmat was established in 2010. The company attained 60% more sales in 2022 over 2021; it enabled us to hedge the pressure on operating margins and the bottom lines to a fair extent, despite the fallout due to the high raw material costs, wages, and other overheads.

A fair part of our higher business volumes in our batch mix plants, transit mixers, and self-loading transit mixers was due to the pent-up demand. Plus, we continued to explore new sales avenues, even when the market was extremely volatile. We saw sales rise for our 60-75 cum concrete batching plants, the higher horsepower driven 8 cum transit mixers.

We have done a lot of research and development to make our self-loading transit mixers completely adaptable to Indian operating conditions.
When we launched our self-loading transit mixers in 2021, the focus was on operator comfort, safety and productivity. We therefore gained a significant market share. Predominantly, the self-loading transit mixers available in Indian market are based on European or Chinese designs. But KCPL SLMs are the result of inhouse R&D and value engineering to suit Indian site conditions. We have developed special blade design to achieve better mix homogeneity, with lesser power consumption.

We will continue to drive business by strengthening our R&D capabilities in order to come up with new solutions; we will widen our sales avenues, improve product performance; and ensure a strong brand recall with the right marketing strategy.

KYB Conmat

We have sold over 5000 concrete batching plants equipped with twin shaft mixer technology.
The improved sales of KYB Conmat Products were due to the value propositions offered for the 6-9 cum transit mixers such as power take off engine, special spiral blade design; drums delivering complete discharge of materials, even the low slump concrete; and we offer a choice of chassis from Tata, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz and Eicher.

We will be targeting both bigger and smaller projects with our existing and upcoming concrete batch mix plants.
Our concrete batch mix plants of 20-240 cum are delivering a high level of performance and reliability. Given our capability to produce new products and improve the existing ones, we can cater to both the bigger and the smaller projects. We focus road construction, irrigation, metro rail, and transportation infrastructure in India. In addition, we export to over 25 countries around the Globe.

We are working on a new range of twin shaft mixers that will reduce power consumption of concrete batch mix plants. We have also sold many Tower Plants which are environment friendly and compact design with smaller footprint suitable for Metro cities.

Artificial Intelligence in our plants and product support are ensuring higher availability of our plants.
We use artificial Intelligence and remote diagnostic feature in our plants extensively for operations, performance monitoring and product support to ensure higher uptime of the plants.

We have also increased our product support and services across regions through decentralization of the services and by setting up new centres in tier 2 cities.
