MB Crusher Highlights Application-Focused Bucket Crusher for Indian Conditions

Italian crushing and screening attachments manufacturer MB Crusher highlighted its BF90.3 crusher bucket, developed through extensive application experience in Indian operating conditions. Backed by over a decade of field use across varied stone types and job-site environments in India, the BF90.3 is designed for compatibility with 21-ton class excavators across brands.

Sharing insights on customer usage patterns, Piero Guizzetti, CEO, MB Crusher India, explained that excavator operators often tend to use crusher buckets in a manner similar to conventional digging buckets.

“In India, we have observed that operators naturally apply the same working approach they use with standard buckets, especially when handling boulders or during excavation. However, a crusher bucket is a precision crushing tool and requires a more controlled operating method,” said Guizzetti.

To address this operating reality, MB Crusher has focused on material selection and structural protection in critical wear areas. The use of Hardox steel it helps limit stress on the main frame and within the crushing chamber, resulting in improved durability of wear components and reduced maintenance frequency.

“This approach has helped improve the service life of jaw plates and lower overall operating costs, directly contributing to better profitability for customers,” he added.

Growing Acceptance of Attachments in Challenging Applications

Guizzetti noted that the Indian market has shown a positive response to MB Crusher’s crushing and screening attachments, particularly for applications in hard-to-reach locations, confined sites, and projects where material logistics are a challenge.

“Contractors are increasingly recognising the value of processing material directly on site, especially where access is limited or transport costs are high,” he said.

Broad Compatibility Across Machine Classes

MB Crusher’s attachment range caters to a wide spectrum of machine sizes and applications. The MB-LS170 and MB-S18 screening buckets are suitable for backhoe loaders in the 8–15-ton range and excavators between 20–35 tons, respectively. The BF90.3 crusher bucket, one of the company’s most widely adopted solutions, is compatible with excavators in the 21–32-ton category.

By focusing on application-driven design and compatibility across commonly used machine classes, MB Crusher continues to support Indian contractors in improving job-site efficiency and material handling flexibility.
