Since its establishment KJS Concrete has made rapid strides under the dynamic leadership of Karanpal Singh, the company's Managing Director and Vineed Raj Pillai – Vice President, who heads the concrete division and is today considered an industry leader in its field.

At KJS Concrete Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Pillai is heading a 100-crore project which has the distinction of being the biggest single-line concrete products manufacturing facility of the country that houses the globally acclaimed Hess RH-2000 plant from Germany and Forest Press Machine from UK. According to Mr. Pillai, "It is the largest single-line concrete products manufacturing plant in India that spread over 11 acres in Ghaziabad. It is also country's only green concrete manufacturing set-up accredited with triple certification for QMS, Environment Controls, and OHSAS (Safety) by the TUV Certification body, Germany."

Providing details about KJS Concrete product range and its benefits, Mr. Pillai said, "Our range includes insulated blocks, hollow blocks, solid blocks, bricks, pavers, and hydraulically pressed wet cast kerbstones. These enable architects, builders, and contractors reduce air-conditioning cost up to 30%; besides reducing mortar cost; labour cost; water usage; joinery & plastering cost; structural cost; construction time; external sound; vapour & moisture seepage; air, water & soil pollution; transportation & on-site wastage and associated under-delivery."

He further added, "The visible gains include enhanced quality of construction, assured dimensional accuracy, uniformity of supply, high strength, durability, better alignment and finish as well as GRIHA, LEED & IGBC credits for green buildings.
