We have introduced an innovative material handling system which will do automatic bundling of blocks and bricks and loading on trucks for dispatch.
Jigar Patel, Director

Cuber is an innovative, hydraulically operated block handling system.

Our new innovative, hydraulically operated block handling system which is operated through a gear box, is a robust system designed to handle blocks coming out of the machine, while simultaneously palletizing and packaging them for the final dispatch. We have developed the system based on feedback from our customers to prevent damage caused by manual handling of the blocks. Plus, there is a shortage of laborers for handling the blocks during production. Most importantly, the automated process will support higher throughput, and there will be minimal loss or damage to the final products. Cuber block handling system, being completely automated, does not require any human intervention.

Revomac

Cuber will streamline production of higher capacity block making machines.

Cuber is designed to address two significant operational factors: its most important contribution is that being integrated into the machine, it will completely streamline production of the higher capacity block making machines such as our MAC 1400, MAC 1800, MAC 2500, and also our MAC + robotic series. It will help in the integrated operation and production of our 'Jaguar' range of higher capacity plants.

The Jaguar plants produce 10,000 to 90,000 solid blocks per shift. It will now be able to produce 15,000 to 1,60,000 bricks per shift. The Jaguar range also produces 4,000-30,000 paver blocks per shift.

We will continue to invest in R&D for delivering higher throughput.

Along with continuous R&D, we will further strengthen our technical support to our customers with 2D and 3D drawings and configurations for setting up the plant. We will also render support for commissioning the plant and provide the required training to the plant owners and operators.
