What opportunities does MB Crusher see in India’s accelerating infrastructure development which is fuelling demand for on-site material processing?

India’s infrastructure engine is running at full throttle. With highways, rail corridors, mining expansion, tunnelling, urban redevelopment and smart city works all developing at once, the one thing every contractor wants is control over material. The demand directly fuels the need for on-site crushing, screening, and recycling attachments. Here’s the thing: bucket-crushers and integrated attachment-based processing have become mainstream productivity tools. Contractors now see them as a way to cut logistics costs, reduce downtime, eliminate dependence on stationary plants, and keep projects moving despite tight timelines.

For MB Crusher, the opportunity is expanding across Tier 1 to 3 projects. Our strategy is simple: expand adoption through proof-of-performance demos and real case studies from Indian jobsites. Strengthen dealer presence across all regions so customers are never more than a phone call away from support. Focus on application engineering, ensuring contractors get the right model for their excavator, terrain, and material type.

As a global leader in crushing and attachment solutions, how is MB Crusher leveraging its international expertise and technology to address local project conditions, and support OEMs, contractors and rental fleets?

MB Crusher has over two decades of experience operating in almost every type of terrain and material globally—from Europe’s demolition sites to Africa’s mining belts, and South America’s remote construction zones. We bring that knowledge to India in a very practical way - every solution is adapted to local Indian conditions—high moisture soils, aggressive basalt, extreme heat, remote project locations and variable operator skill levels.

We work closely with OEMs so that our attachments integrate seamlessly with any excavator brand in India. Our global learnings on productivity, safety, and maintenance shape the support we offer through our India team and dealer network. The result is a global product that behaves like it was built specifically for Indian jobsites.

How is MB Crusher advancing energy-efficient, low-emission crushing attachments and on-site recycling systems that reduce transport, repurpose waste materials and lower operational carbon footprints?

On-site crushing and recycling are one of the simplest and most immediate ways for the industry to lower emissions. Our attachments eliminate multiple truck trips, reduce dependency on borrow pits, and convert waste into usable material.

Our approach to sustainability includes our fuel-efficient hydraulic systems that deliver more output per litre. Our machines meet zero-electric infrastructure requirements, meaning contractors don’t need gensets or additional standby power. By transforming demolition debris, concrete and rock waste into reusable aggregates, we are lowering the environmental burden of new material production.

Contractors using MB equipment routinely achieve dramatic reductions in logistics cost and carbon footprint - a key reason for adoption alongside productivity benefits.

Operating in demanding environments, from remote construction sites to constrained & hilly terrains to demolition and recycling jobsites, requires durability and uptime. How does MB Crusher ensure its attachments deliver high performance, flexibility, safety, and low total cost of ownership under these conditions?

India’s job sites test equipment to the limit. Steep gradients, uneven rock faces, remote access, abrasive materials and long working shifts leave no margin for weak machines. Our attachments are engineered specifically for these realities. Heavy-duty components and reinforced bodies withstand sharp impact loads. Simple, fail-safe designs keep them running even in punishing conditions. Flexible output control allows operators to adjust final aggregate size on the fly. Compatibility with all major excavator models gives contractors freedom to deploy across fleet. Safety-focused design ensures operators work confidently around the attachment. All this helps contractors run longer hours with lower fuel burn and minimal downtime.

What initiatives has MB Crusher taken to build capabilities locally, whether through operator/trainer programmes, dealer network training or partnerships with rental companies, to ensure effective deployment and service support of its attachment systems in India?

We invest heavily in our team, dealer technicians, operators, and rental partners. Structured operator and trainer programmes are held on-site during every installation. There is a minimum three-day deployment training with MB engineers for new customers. Our dealer certification programs ensure consistent service quality across all regions. We provide application engineering guidance for contractors shifting from traditional crushers to on-site processing. This ecosystem is one of the main reasons why MB Crusher has such deep penetration across states and project types.

How does MB Crusher reinforce confidence in its customers?

Contractors want reliability, not just from the product, but from the company behind it. We reinforce trust through transparent communication on capabilities, expected outputs, and maintenance needs. Strong spare-parts availability through our dealer network and our warehouse, 24/7 after-sales support with trained engineers ready to resolve issues quickly; and ensuring long product life cycle, deliver strong resale value and low total ownership cost for our customers. When customers see machines running for tens of thousands of hours with consistent performance, trust becomes second nature.

What product innovations will the company showcase at EXCON 2025?

EXCON is our stage to demonstrate what the future of on-site material processing looks like. This year we’ll focus on three pillars: sustainability, productivity, and global competitiveness. Visitors can expect the latest generation of crusher buckets and screening buckets with higher productivity and lower fuel demand. Upgraded drum cutters for tunnelling, trenching, and precision profiling. Live demos that show how contractors can turn waste into usable GSB, sub-base, or backfill instantly. The intent is to help contractors experience the quality, speed, and efficiency that define MB Crusher, while underscoring how on-site recycling contributes directly to India’s sustainability goals.
