We manufacture a wide range of mobile, compact, and stationary batching plants designed to meet varied project needs. Our Cross Bin and 3 Bin mobile and compact batching plants are mounted on a single chassis, allowing for quick installation and mobility. They feature wide platforms for easy access to the mixer and weighing hopper, and their rigid chassis ensures durability.

The stationary plants are equipped with robust frames and user-friendly automation consoles that do not require highly skilled operators. The Compact Concrete Batching Plant NE 30 CP, with a 30 m³/hr capacity, is highly flexible and ideal for remote sites. It can be transported in small parts and assembled on-site with minimal or no foundation.

We manufacture high- and low-capacity RMC plants that can be customized as per client requirements. Our Stationary Concrete Batching Plants are used widely in RMC and large-scale projects, offering up to 120 m³/hr production rates. To enhance flexibility, we have added the Planetary Mixer line to complement our Twin Shaft and Pan Mixers. The Sicoma-manufactured Planetary Mixer ensures efficient, direct concrete discharge for applications like cement pipe manufacturing.

Our wet mix macadam plants, built as per MoRTH specifications, deliver production capacities ranging from 100 to 250 TPH. We also offer storage silos with 40–100-ton capacities featuring superior-quality valves and air filters to ensure consistent concrete quality and minimal wastage.
