The panel system is divided into two primary sections, the MCC (Motor Control Center) including all starters and drives, and the control desk containing the PLC, HMI, and other controllers. Both units are interconnected and tested for seamless operation. LED and HMI units allow easy data input, gradation control, and recipe selection, while SCADA continuously monitors batch weights, temperature, and production data for complete process visibility.

To meet evolving performance requirements of asphalt plants, our systems feature integrated burner controllers that regulate air and fuel flow within combustion chambers, achieving accurate heat generation and efficient fuel usage. The PLC–SCADA technology synchronizes temperature, pressure, and mixing parameters according to plant capacity and configuration, ensuring consistency and efficiency across operations.For concrete batching plants, our panels can store up to 999 programmable recipes and generate detailed consumption, delivery, and production reports through built-in printers. These systems weigh aggregates, cement, sand, water, and additives with precision, enhancing batch accuracy, productivity, and product quality.
