Designed for asphalt, concrete, and brick applications, these systems are powered by PLC and SCADA for intelligent control, real-time monitoring, and seamless process integration. Our control panels can be integrated into Drum Mix, Wet Mix, Asphalt Batch Mix, Concrete Batching, and Brick Plants. We also provide PCC-MCC, APFC, Main LT, and Power Control Panels, which are built to enhance plant efficiency and ensure consistent performance.

The Asphalt Batch Mix Plant Control Panel consolidates all batching functions into one compact, efficient system with HMI-based real-time control. Installed in an air-conditioned control room, it ensures precise weighing of aggregates, cement, sand, water, and additives, while a built-in printer provides detailed, user-defined process records for full traceability.

Each system includes two key components, the MCC (Motor Control Center) housing all starters and drives, and the control desk that integrates the PLC, HMI, and other controllers. Operators can easily manage all plant functions from a single interface, supported by LED and HMI displays for effortless data input, monitoring, and control. The modular design, PLC-based instrumentation from reputed brands, and VFD-integrated switchgear together deliver high accuracy, energy efficiency, and durable performance.
