Gayatri Control Showcases Advanced Cloud-Connected Control Systems for Asphalt, Concrete & Crushing Plants

The company’s asphalt batch mix and drum mix plant control panels with SCADA offer unlimited recipes, closed-loop controls, alarm and breakdown logs, wireless monitoring, and 24×7 remote support. The new design ensures easier operation, high production rates, low operating costs, and improved quality accuracy with minimal maintenance. For concrete batching plants, Gayatri provides solutions up to 330 m³/hr, enabling remote access, seamless data exchange between shop floor and enterprise systems, cost-effective operations, and simplified weighing calibration.
“We also displayed our new RMC system with a local controller, and another variation with a PLC-based controller integrated with SCADA,” Pandya shared. These systems cater to the rising demand for reliability, precision, and cloud-based monitoring across asphalt batch mix plants, drum mix plants, RMC units, and crushing and mining equipment. “Customers today want better quality control systems that are cloud-connected and allow them to manage their plant from anywhere.”
Gayatri Control designs custom control panels engineered for practicality and precision, including PLC- and HMI-based systems, batch process controls, SCADA-enabled and RTU panels, and redundant architectures. “We provide customization based on the exact needs of OEMs and contractors. Our engineers tailor solutions to each application,” said Pandya. The company also meets global certification standards, offering UL-listed panels for the US and IEC-compliant systems for European markets.
With a strong customer base across India, especially in the South, the company continues to expand its capabilities. Real-time and preventive data through cloud help customers manage predictive maintenance and reduce downtime significantly. IoT and automation remain core to the company’s design philosophy, supported by an engineering team of over 20 specialists.
The company operates from its facility in Ahmedabad and is witnessing steady growth, largely because several OEMs have given them sequential production orders. Looking ahead, Gayatri Control aims for greater expansion. “In the next three years, we plan to double our scale,” said Pandya.
