Dynemix India: Mobile Concrete Placer for Precast, Bridge & Dam Projects
Dynemix India’s new mobile concrete placer features a 180-degree rotary fixer and telescopic boom, designed specifically for precast, bridge, and dam projects that require mass concreting. This self-propelled, diesel-powered machine ensures efficient and precise placement of concrete in large-scale construction projects. With a capacity of 50 cubic meters per hour, the machine offers exceptional performance. It is being manufactured at the company’s facility in Gujarat.
“This cost-effective solution is built to meet the demands of the industry and contributing to the government’s “Made in India" initiative. Our in-house R&D division undertakes continuous innovation for delivering high-quality products,” said Jignesh Patel, Director.
“We are also working towards ensuring higher utilization of our ready-mix concrete batch mix plants and making improvisations in our concrete reclaimers to completely use the oversized concrete lumps discharged from the transit mixers. After pouring the oversized concrete lumps in the reclaimer’s hopper, they will be washed by pressurized water, followed by filter pressing. This will segregate the sand, concrete, cement and slurry and make them ready for reuse for our ready-mix concrete batch mix plants. We have delivered two advanced concrete reclaimers to Ultratech Cement for their ready-mix concrete plants.”
“Our products are cost-competitive with lower initial and operating costs as they have been made completely in-house and factory tested for high performance and operational reliability,” he added.
