André Dienst From Curetec shares insights on Next-Gen, Sustainable & Competitive Construction Equipment
Our modular, scalable curing systems allow investors to start small and grow seamlessly.
André Dienst, Managing Director
Amid the rapid infrastructure expansion and the growing precast concrete market in India, what opportunities do you see for innovative concrete curing solutions?
India’s $1.4 trillion National Infrastructure Pipeline is accelerating precast adoption, from metro tunnels to housing and highways. Yet, inconsistent curing remains a silent bottleneck, causing up to 30% strength loss, delays, and rework. As projects scale, clients upgrade to larger systems and CureControl automation, future-proofing their investment while meeting India’s demand for faster, stronger, and greener concrete.
How is Curetec leveraging its global expertise to provide high-quality, efficient curing systems for the Indian market?
Curetec Shanghai combines 20+ years of German curing R&D with soon-to-be-localized manufacturing and service in India. We have rigorously adapted our systems to Indian cement chemistries, high ambient humidity, and dust-laden environments, achieving 100% reliability in real-world conditions. We support open interfaces (Modbus, OPC-UA, REST API) for seamless integration with formwork systems, casting lines, and plant automation. Joint development with OEMs and EPCs ensures curing solutions are precisely tuned to project-specific requirements, element geometries, and site conditions. Data sharing and performance analytics via CureControl enable continuous improvement across multiple facilities and shifts - clients access live KPIs, energy trends, and predictive maintenance alerts.

How are Curetec’s solutions reducing energy consumption, enhancing concrete quality, shortening production cycles, and supporting environmentally responsible construction practices?
Our CureControl platform is the brain behind sustainability. It delivers real-time energy dashboards, automated maintenance alerts via WhatsApp/email, and AI-optimized curing curves - cutting energy and water use by up to 50%. A single CureSteam unit can replaces 2-3 diesel boilers, slashing CO2 emissions. Concrete quality improves with 90% fewer micro-cracks, 28-day strength in 16 hours, and zero batch rejections - proven in 1,000+ global projects. For on-site projects, CureTent mobile enclosures enable just-in-time curing, eliminating transport emissions and enhancing productivity.
How does Curetec collaborate with construction equipment and precast technology providers to meet project-specific requirements?
We don’t sell curing in isolation - we integrate it. Curetec systems are plug-and-play with batching plants, mold lines, and robotic handling via Modbus, OPC-UA, and IoT protocols. For example, CureControl is capable of syncing with batching software to auto-adjust curing protocols based on mix design and ambient conditions. For paver plants, CureComplete systems interface with the likes of Hess, MASA, Tiger and more, enabling fully automated loading/unloading.
On mega-projects like NEOM, we co-engineer with EPCs like El-Seif, customizing CureTent layouts for tunnel segments or CureSteam capacity for 5,000 m³/day output. This results in seamless workflows, zero downtime, and project-specific curing precision.

What initiatives has Curetec undertaken to support skill development and knowledge sharing among contractors, precast operators, and project teams?
Since 2013, we’ve trained over 1,500 operators through our Curetec Academy — a blend of classroom and on-site commissioning training. Our CureMaster certification is now recognized by 15+ precast firms. We publish regular CureInsights for our clients and supply a free digital curing handbook. What key innovations or product highlights will Curetec showcase at EXCON 2025?
At our Booth E94 in Hall 1, we will unveil the following innovations:- CureSteam Lite – Entry-level vapor generator under ₹15 lakh, ideal for startups producing 50–200 m³/day.
- CureControl 2.0 – Now with AI predictive maintenance, solar-hybrid compatibility, and WhatsApp-integrated alerts.
- CureTent Pro – Lightweight, collapsible for on-site metro/bridge segment curing, setup in 2 hours.
- CureComplete Eco – For paver/block plants: zero-water humid air curing, 50% faster cycles, and fully automated racks.
We are also planning to host “Cure & Connect” collaborative sessions where contractors, plant owners, and OEMs co-design next-generation curing workflows.
