ACE’s sustained focus on new-age technology which is driving performance, reliability and safety across India’s infrastructure and industrial sectors. This was reflected in its suite of tech-forward equipment, which included tower cranes, passenger lifts, AI-assisted pick & carry cranes, AWPs, telehandlers, and MHEs, on display at Excon 2025.

With India witnessing unprecedented growth in roads, railways, metro projects, industrial corridors and warehousing, ACE’s upgraded line-up is engineered to meet rising demands for efficiency, precision and operator comfort. Every machine showcased at EXCON has been designed with advanced engineering, improved ergonomics and smart safety integrations to ensure superior on-site performance.

The new products underscore ACE’s strong commitment to Made-in-India innovation, with most of the systems, components and design enhancements developed domestically. The company continues to push boundaries in indigenous manufacturing, aligning its design philosophy with the Government of India’s vision for self-reliance and global-scale production.

Speaking on the new launches, Sorab Agarwal, Executive Director, ACE, said, “Innovation, value and trust are the pillars on which ACE has built its leadership. The equipment unveiled this year is a reflection of our engineering capability and our deep understanding of what India’s project sites truly need. These machines offer higher productivity, enhanced safety and more intuitive operation, while ensuring reduced total cost of ownership for our customers. As India’s infrastructure momentum accelerates, ACE remains committed to delivering world-class solutions that strengthen our nation’s growth story.”

At Excon, the company also demonstrated its growing focus on sustainability, with features designed to optimise fuel consumption, minimise emission, and increase long-term equipment life.

Products on display

NX 230 Pick & carry crane: ACE’s NX 230 is an advanced next-generation pick & carry crane engineered with single-chassis, no-articulation architecture, setting a new industry benchmark for stability, safety and precision. It is built as the safest crane in its segment, with a lower turning radius for exceptional maneuverability in congested urban or industrial environments.

FC 150 Pick & carry crane: The FC 150 pick & carry crane is a breakthrough with its Clutchless Transmission system that eliminates the clutch pedal and clutch function entirely to deliver a seamless driving and lifting experience, reducing operator fatigue, enabling smoother, more precise maneuvering, and also improving machine longevity by minimising mechanical wear.

Articulated Truck Mounted Platform Model AP25T: ACE’s truck-mounted articulated aerial work platform – AP25T, combines a powerful 300-kg platform capacity with exceptional compactness and maneuverability on a 3.5–7-ton chassis. Its advanced articulated and telescopic boom architecture, featuring a double pantograph with dual extensions, allows operators to work effortlessly over parapets, roofs and obstacles without repositioning the truck.

FT 6040 Tower Crane: ACE’s newly introduced 60m flat-top crane features automation upgrades, and advanced sensor integration. Its modular architecture, lightweight high-strength materials, and real-time digital monitoring enable superior stability, anti-collision protection, and precise load management even in congested, high-wind job sites.

ACE’s first-ever Passenger & Material Hoist, powered by a high-capacity 32 kW motor system, delivers unmatched hoisting speed and torque, supported by a galvanized 650×650 mm mast for exceptional rigidity and safety.

ACE ADD 95 Tandem Roller: The new ACE ADD 95 Tandem Roller arrives with a completely upgraded design and an advanced technological uplift. Its dual-drum configuration ensures uniform pressure distribution and high-density compaction. Intelligent vibration and oscillation controls allow operators to switch between static, vibratory and oscillatory modes, based on mix type and compaction stage. It can compact larger stretches quickly while maintaining accuracy, making it ideal for highways, urban roads, and high-performance asphalt applications.

ACE ASL 08 / 12 / 14 Scissor Lifts: Repres- enting a new era of Made-in-India elevated work platforms, the ACE ASL 08/12/14 Scissor Lift series features advanced AC brushless drive technology, delivering higher efficiency, zero-maintenance operation, and extended battery life. Designed for heavy-duty performance, the platforms offer strong SWL capacity, high-strength deck construction and robust, double-grip tyres, along with zero-emission electric operation, ultra-low noise output and fast-charging AGM/Li-ion battery options.

F250 Ultra Pick & Carry Crane: India’s safest and most technologically advanced pick-and-carry crane, the ACE F250 Ultra, is equipped with three in-house safety innovations which work together to deliver stability, intelligent load control, and error-free operation. SCOS (Safe Crane Operation System) automatically prevents overload conditions by allowing only safe movements such as boom lift, boom retraction and block lowering. It eliminates operator errors and ensures zero-bypass operation.

Along with ALSS (Advanced Load Sensing System) and RAS (Remote Articulation Stability) a multi-layered safety ecosystem is created that eliminates unsafe movements, enforces controlled travel speeds under load, and manages stability during articulation.

AT30 Telehandler: The ACE AT30 Telehandler is engineered to deliver high performance, versatility, and reliability across demanding Indian job sites. Powered by robust TATA BS-5 engine, it offers the perfect blend of engineering and technology, ensuring superior fuel efficiency, low operating cost, and maximum uptime. Built to handle tough, multi-sector applications, the AT30 comes with a robust 3-ton lifting capacity and an impressive 11.5-meter lifting height, enabling safe and stable operations for construction, infrastructure, warehousing, and industrial tasks.
