Dalmia Bharat Cement has launched ‘Weather 365’, a super-premium water-repellent cement designed to meet the growing demand for durable and weather-resistant construction materials in Eastern India. The product is aimed at homeowners, contractors, and builders seeking long-term protection against seepage, dampness, and moisture-related damage.

As part of its strategic expansion in the premium cement segment, Dalmia Bharat Cement will initially market Weather 365 across West Bengal and Bihar. The product will be available in premium-quality, water-resistant, tamper-proof BOPP packaging.

Developed for regions experiencing high humidity, heavy rainfall, and extreme weather conditions, Weather 365 incorporates proprietary water-repellent technology that helps reduce water penetration, minimise steel corrosion in RCC structures, and prevent efflorescence and damp patches. The cement is suitable for applications in roofs, columns, and foundations, enhancing concrete strength, paint life, and overall structural durability.

In addition to the product launch, the company will offer on-site technical assistance through its engineering and technical services teams to help customers adopt best construction practices and improve long-term building performance.

Commenting on the launch, a spokesperson for Dalmia Bharat Cement said that Eastern India’s prolonged monsoons and high humidity create significant challenges for building durability, prompting the need for advanced moisture-protection solutions. The spokesperson added that Weather 365 combines structural strength with superior moisture resistance, helping reduce maintenance costs and enhance the longevity of buildings.

With a strong manufacturing and market presence in Eastern India, Dalmia Bharat Cement continues to strengthen its position in the region through innovative and premium construction solutions tailored to evolving customer requirements.
